The only redeeming grace for this property was that the beds were comfortable. The place is dirty and in very bed condition. I did not feel safe with all of the vagrants hanging out in the parking lot.

It was very dirty and unsanitary. It was in a very unsafe neighborhood and wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.
We stayed about 20 minutes and decided to lose the money and go somewhere else. It was very dirty and there were sketchy people everywhere outside at night and we did not feel safe at all. There were definitely people living there.
This place has descent rooms. Getting past the meth heads to your room is a bit scary!! Breakfast was a few peces of bread.....that is it.
Upon arrival I found out the property had been sold yet not transferred to new owners yet. The old owners were still running the property. They were not opening the pool because they had sold the property. I had two nights booked. I really did not want to stay after finding out the pool was not open but I also did not want to pay for another hotel when I would have to pay for Days Inn as well. There was not a bathtub in the room as I was informed there was. I did have clean sheets and towels however I did not receive any cleaning service or cups or coffee refills for the second day. This property should not be available. The best part.....there are rooms rented to people as apartments. They loiter! I was asked more than once to take someone somewhere. I did not feel comfortable as a single woman on the property. When I went to my room I did not leave until the following morning. Not what I originally planned for my stay in Hot Springs. Very disappointed! The hair dryer sounded like a chain saw and I felt like it would shoot sparks at any moment. Will definitely tell everyone I know not to stay at this property!
You get what you pay for. Bathroom vent didn’t work. The Days Inn messed up my reservation. It took 30 minutes to check I , and that was 1:00 am. I had called to say I would be checking in very late. They said they didn’t even have a reservation for me. Eventually it was straightened out but very frustrating!
Very dirty! Unsafe! Smelled like marijuana before entering room, found 2 half smoked joints in dresser drawer when looking for tv remote. Never found remote. Smoke alarm was dismantled! Carpet was filthy and did not even want to put my bare feet on the floor! The door to the adjoining room was loose like it had been broken into and we put the non working refrigerator and a chair to hold it. We kept tv on all night which was stuck on cartoons as no remote as we were scared. Had to get up in night and feet felt like yuck stuck between toes and grassy stuff in bed next morning. Horrible place probably slept 5 minutes. Would have left but was 11 pm when checked in. So noisy and yelling in night “you better let me in. Ice maker did not work. Electric strips running across room probably due to outdated electrical. This place should not be endorsed by you! Took a bath soon as I could get to another place next day
Some general TLC from the maintenance department would go a long way at this place. I'm talking simple stuff like the shower handles about to fall off because know one has taken 20 seconds to tighten them up or the shower rod about to fall down because it needs repair.
Made reservation for a room with king bed and paid the extra 9 dollars to secure the reservation at check they had no king beds available, ended up with room with double bed.The guest was so noisy in the next room did not sleep all night.

Rickety, leaky,bed was nice though. Did not receive accessible room, reserved a room weeks ago and paid for it, was lucky they had a room for me. Lots of permanent residents here...
Was charged 63.00 on credit card for some reason when cash was paid for room.

Nice size double bed room. Space is big inside and outside. Staff iss okay. Local restaurants are near.
Evidently half of this motel has been remodeled. We stayed here before and it was good. Came back tbru on the way home and it was terrible .. Had a shower no tub. Very old. Beds were bad. No alarm clock. Had an ironing board no iron. Shower soap holder broken off. The staff was friendly though. Breakfast was terrible. Id spend the extra and stay somewhere else.
It was ok, wish it had more wall outlets so everyone could've charged their phones. Better breakfast too.
