Family Vacation

Nice property, great location, good amenities on site. Only complaint is that the rental needs a new toaster. Every time it got hot it triggered the GFCI and turned off.

Enjoyable experience

Great location, close to Ala Moana Mall, walking distance to Waikiki, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, beautiful balcony view. Close to bike and car rentals. This all helped to give an enjoyable and relaxing experience

Great views

This is a nice unit with easy access to the beach and amazing view of the fireworks. The only issue was there’s only one blanket for three beds. Plenty of sheets but no blankets. Also the couch could use replacing or at least a good cleaning. Unit also included all beach gear!!!! Towels, beach chairs, boogie board etc.

Loved the location, outdated property

The condo cleanliness was less than desired. There was dust hanging from the chandelier over the dining table and also from the vents. The floors were dirty from the moment we entered. Our socks and feet were dirty. We loved the view and being able to open up the patio doors at night when it cooled down to hear the wind and ocean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working while we were there and they installed a temporary unit, which then didn't allow for us to open the patio doors at night. There also said there was a blender on the post and there wasn't. We found out the Cinnamon's restaurant at the Ilikai hotel had an electrical fire previously, causing electrical issues to surface resulting in and no elevators for over 12 hours. Not ideal as we were on the 26th floor. The generator brought in to get the elevators back up, reduced the number of people allowed to 7, causing delays and back up for the rest of our trip. While the Ilikai says "luxury", there wasn't anything luxury about the hotel. We would definitely not stay here in the future.

When we arrive we had to vacuum floors. There was no dish washer pods, washing pods. The walls where dirty with construction working hands. The faucet in bathrooms were loose and no hot water in sink! I can go on but I won’t. Would never recommend this so called newly remodeled to anyone!

Week stay in Hawaii

Overall stay was very good and enjoyable. The location is great and if you even better. Couple of small issues that were somewhat troublesome… . 1. You have to valet park your car you cannot self park. 2. The walls between the 2 bedrooms are “very thin” and not that private. If one bedroom has the tv on, the other room can hear it. 3. For the most part the condo was clean. The floors needed some extra work when we got there. 4. When others clean, the smell of bleach comes into this unit and is really strong in some areas of the condo. 5. A couple more chairs in the living room would have been nice to have as we had 4 adults and all of us had to sit on one couch.

Great location great room

Location is close to restaurants, good shopping and other facilities in hotel. Turtles seen right in the beach. The dishwasher broke during our stay and someone came quickly to fit it for us. Only weird thing is that the two bedrooms have a wall just there is a space where the glass sliding patio door goes that makes the rooms connected. It’s small and does not interfere with privacy just noise.

Room with a Great View!!

Great location. Has view of Diamond Head & the ocean. Well equipped kitchen; Wonderful amenities. Only issue: Communication. The kids’ Covid test results were still pending the night before our flight. I called Property Management 2x, wanted to make sure Door access code will still work should our flight be rebooked for the next day, for code not to be voided if not entered/used on arrival day. No reply received from Mgmt., disappointing & stressful. It turned out we got the negative results before midnight & were able to leave the next morning as planned. But Property Mgmt should have responded to calls.

Lovely condo! Excellent lovation.

We all enjoyed staying in the Ilikai Hotel. We appreciate the refrigerator and the washer dryer. The bed in the master bedroom sank in the middle.

Had a great time in hawaii, this unit was nice and in great location. The AC in the bedrooms didn’t work too well but other then that. I have 0 complaints.
