Some doors are sensitive so adjust the left or right to hear the beep. Use remote to control the temperature of the A/C unit (located above TV) DO NOT set below 72 degrees. CHECK OUT CLEANING - ALL Garbage should be removed and placed in the TRASH ROOM in parking floors, before departure. Failure to leave the unit tidy can result in a $60+ charge. This is our second home and we greatly appreciate it if you treat it like your own. SAND - Please remove sand and shells from your legs and feet, from pockets, bathing suits and towels BEFORE entering the unit and showers. We ask that you shake all sand out outside the lobby.

Great condo in the quiet end of Wakiki with parking
Cozy hotel style condo in Waikiki with a designated parking spot was just right for me and my husband. If you are renting a car, it is great to have a spot that is included. It has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. That’s all you need. It’s right across from the Hilton Hawaiian Village and a short walk to the beach and the newly reopened Chart House (get the Mahi) It has a new smart TV, so you can access your streaming services. Helena was super responsive to any questions and a delight to work with. The only things that would be nice to change is out of her hands. That would be to heat the pool and an additional sink outside the bathroom. Loved our time in Waikīkī!

The condo fridge was broken and dirty dishes in the cabinet. The condo had tracshcan right next to room you could hear door open all times of the day.inly thing good was the bed was comfortable.

Great stay at a prime location with parking included
The check in process was straight forward, the host communicated with me prior and it went smoothly. The room was clean and had a nice city view. The location was unbeatable , situated within a 10 minute walk from ala moana centre and Waikiki . The cherry on top was the included designated parking stall (not first come first serve like many other places ). Highly recommended !

Cozy studio for 2 people with a balcony (hotel room style). Comfortable king bed and bedding. Nice amount of drawer space. Small shower with nice water pressure, shower gel, soap, and lotion.
Host conveniently provided beach towels and chairs.

Great that parking was included with this rental! The parking deck is tight and on a first-come first-serve basis. The building is older but gets the job done. Short walking distance to the beach, shopping, and eateries.
