Perfect Location for Us
My wife and I were very happy with this condo. We loved the location and the view. The washer/dryer and kitchen were a huge plus.
Keep in mind that the listing says the condo is new to their inventory, but that doesn't mean it's newly renovated. Everything is in great condition and looks just like the pictures but the bed / bed topper may need replacement soon because even though it's comfortable, you can feel a slight sag in spots where people usually sleep.
Overall, it is well worth the price we highly recommend it.

Awesome location, perfect room for the money
A very convenient location, literally at the beach. The ocean view from the 6th floor was perfect. A well equipped room, with everything we needed. Property managers Paul and, later Vincent, were extremely helpful and pleasant to be working with. Would definitely recommend and consider returning.
