The Pros: Easy to access bc right across the street from MTR; both ATMs and convenience stores in attached mall; absolutely beautiful pool! The Cons: Boring breakfast for the price; hotel room "so so"; price of room should have been much less for what it offers; and couldn't use pool the entire stay bc of over zealous staff worrying about storms (understandable, but HK is hyper sensitive about safety)

The room was clean and comfortable. Convenient to subway and had a shuttle to the airport station.
Check in was extremely slow. 30-45 minute wait. Room was very very clean.
I give Harbour Plaza Metropolis a 4 out of 5 stars. 1 star solely for one outstanding employee who went above and beyond to help us. That star goes to Mr. Singh. He greets you with a smile and is genuinely friendly. He made last-minute transportation arrangements to get my family of 8 to the airport after we tried to navigate the subway. As for the property, it was a little dated with parts of it was renovated (3 stars). What was attractive about this property was the value and close proximity to the harbor. I would stay here again.
