Say breakfast is included, but there was no breakfast and their excuse was someone didn't show for work. However, almost all the food was packaged, so unlocking a cooler must have been too difficult. No coffee was made and the filters and coffee were beside the coffee pot. The person on duty only cared about smoking outside and asking for coffee or breakfast seemed to be a burden.
The staff was nice but clerk was gone couldnt find for 30 min. AC Unit cut off and on every 5 min couldnt rest
I had problems checking into the hotel, since they had me booked for the next day. I showed the clerk on my phone that it was for the 10th and not the 11th. He didn't have any rooms available because there were several activities in the area. However, the clerk (Chris was his name) worked tirelessly to get me a room, since I was a prepaid customer. He was an answer to prayers!
Room was cancelled upon arrival. Place was filthy. Smelled like cigarettes and weed.
.We arrived about 2 minutes after check-in started. There was no one on duty at the desk. After waiting for approximately 8 minutes, I walked down the hall and found service staff, who agreed to try to locate the desk manager. She placed a call and about 3 minutes later, the desk manager arrived. She was polite, but when she tried to find my information she first went to the back room for help and later made a call for other help. After finally finding my reservation, she directed us to our non-smoking , 2 queen bed at the far end of the hall. We drove around to a closer door and my granddaughter and I went in to inspect the room while my wife wait in the car. Upon entering the room, we were immediately hit with a strong tobacco smell, which we both noticed. We returned to the desk and asked to be moved to another room. Our request was granted, but when we arrived at the room we discovered it was a room with 2 regular beds instead of 2 queen beds. We decided to make the best of it and started bringing in our luggage while service finished bringing in towels. She said she was only supposed to put 2 towels in a regular room, in spite of the fact there were 3 of us, but we finally convinced her two give us 3.Except for the thumping music heard for a period of time during the night, keeping my wife and granddaughter awake, we managed to make it through the rest of the night with few problems. There no is no way we will ever go back there, and I would never recommend it.
I was very impressed with how clean and comfortable the bed was for the price.
The room wasn't ready when I check In. The TV wasn't plug in and then they gave us the wrong remote control. and the kids running down the hall early in the morning and knock on our door and they ran away. so I was Disappointed.
