They are renovating the property and I really like the changes. The rooms were perfect for a family of four. I like the changes to the breakfast, smoothies were a hit with our family. The pool and hot tub are the perfect size.

Hotel has some rooms that are renovated and up to date and others that appear to be from 1994. Stayed twice earlier in the summer, once in a new room which is lovely and the second time in an older room which is dated and depressing. Stayed saturday and upon check in politely asked for an updated room. Not an upgrade, just a current modern room. Was denied for no apparent reason and was given a dark depressing room despite the hotel being aware that i'm hilton honors gold. NOT the way to treat a loyal customer. Will never stay at this hotel again. Would expect better from hilton. Avoid if you can.

We were stuck in a non remodeled room. The tv was small and fridge barely worked. The room was Almost $300. Stayed last month and got a new room. Night and day

Great hotel. Large and new. Friendly staff. Issue was my particular room 443 had an AC unit that growled and rattled every time it turned off and on all night which led to bad sleep. The hotel was full so didn’t really have a chance to ask for rooms. Otherwise the rest of the hotel is nicer than the others around if

Staff was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. There was an issue with our room when we entered it. We called the front desk and in less than 2 mins someone met us at the door with cards for a new room just around the corner. They were very apologetic. The room was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location, next to several plazas and just a couple miles away from Downtown Holland. We loved that it has so many amenities. We took advantage of the pool and they gym. The breakfast had quite a bit of variety which was a plus. However on the downside we were disappointed with their customer service. We were placed in a room that had construction going on above it over the several days we were there. If they knew they were gonna have construction they should have blocked off the rooms below. Our baby got woke up several times throughout the day while napping due to the banging and other noises. We were there on vacation to relax not hear all these noises. When brought up to the front desk they just brushed it off and left it at that. Wish they were a little more considerate of their guests.

This is my go to hotel when I am in Holland for the Tulip Festival due to price and location. It’s right off of 31and it’s walking distance to my favorite breakfast place, Anna’s House. It’s also a short drive to one of the Tulip festival shuttle stops. If you’re going to the Tulip festival I highly recommend the Hampton Inn.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Although we did not use the recreational amenities ,we were impressed with pool, game room, and patio area. There was always plenty of coffee available. The delicious cookies were a nice amenity.

HOtel was very nice and clean. Pool area was large and clean. We woudl come back again. great find.

Great services st hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful

A great place to stay with our grandchildren on Christmas night. The pool and arcade were enjoyed by all. The little ‘extras’ at the hotel were wonderful...Christmas cookies at check in, candy canes at check out and props for fun Christmas family photos in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was great!!

This was our second stay at the Hampton Inn Holland. The location is ideal and central for many activities in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable. This year, we traveled with my parents who also stayed at the hotel per our recommendation. The staff was able to accomadate our request for adjoining rooms - my 4 year old was over the moon having grandma and papa so close! Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. The pool is nice and comfortably warm. All areas of the hotel were clean - maid service daily and towels replaced appropriately. The broken ice machine on our floor, and (almost always) empty coffee pot near the front desk are my only complaints. I would stay here a third time.

Bed was saggy and needs to be replaced. Most of our party had difficulty checking in since rooms were not available. The breakfast on Sunday was unedible. Monday's was typical of a hotel complementary breakfast. When paying over $225 per night for a standard hotel room I felt taken advantage of.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. My son loved the indoor pool, and the breakfast was perfect. Super close to Dutch Village, and about 20 minutes to the musical fountains and Saugatuck. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel and room were great. Food in the restaurant was good, but a bit pricey especially when there are so many other restaurants near the hotel.

My husband and I were very impressed with the cleanliness, and all the employees we spoke with were so pleasant and are very good representatives for the company. We will be back!

Had to make a quick trip for a memorial service. Busy weekend with college activities but got two rooms here and it's the best Hampton Inn we were stayed at. Great rooms, clean, pub, pool and location!

Hotel was nicely located for trips to Grand Haven and Saugatuck as well as experiencing Holland. Lobby and breakfast room staff we interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. Only thing we didn't like was the balcony facing the pool. We could not keep drapes open as noise was too loud and lights were too bright all night long, which resulted in a very dark room. Balcony was useless as it was muggy and smelled of chlorine.
