We really liked the queen suite! Just enough space for the two of us, our dog, and her crate!!

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. We checked in and immediately checked out. The room was grotesque. The elevator was broken and we were assigned a room on the third floor but not told about the elevator until we had paid for the room. It was horrible!

Hotel was clean but not well maintained, visible damage/wear and tear everywhere. Sign on elevator upon arrival that it was "off balance". Made loud noises and slammed when stopping. By second night, elevator was completely shut down. Other than sign posted, no other accommodations or apologies were made. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Some of the staff was rude (most others were very nice). Room was clean and comfortable. Overall not the quality expected when paying that rate.

The hotel had no record of the reservation that orbits confirmed. I believe The error may have been orbitz’s.

The room was perfect for one person. Would have seemed a little small for 2 people especially in terms of bathroom counter space. It was neat, clean, efficient and compact. I was happy with my stay but for one thing. The breakfast promised at 6 am was not there. It was still not available at 7:00 when I had to checkout. I received an apology with no explanation from the front desk.

The room layout and lack of lamps did not aid in the comfort. The layout of the bathroom sink area was not conveinant .

TV didn't work when we got there. They fixed it the second day. Hotel was clean and comfortable Would stay there again, when in the area

Could not get any of the channels. I followed the instructions and got the same 3 or 4 movies of all of the channels listed on the guide.

My spouse and I recently stayed at this motel for one night when we took a short getaway to the Saugatuck and Holland areas. I did not want to spend a lot on lodging since we were going to be shopping and taking a cruise on Lake Michigan. The motel could use updating. The carpet is stained and the breakfast area is not big enough to accommodate the number of guests. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. We were okay with it for one night but I wouldn't recommend it to our friends and family and will probably not stay there again.

Stayed here to go to the beach at Lake Michigan. Got in late and was tired. Guy at check-in was FAST, friendly, and polite. Staff was great, super impressed. Rooms were clean and quite. Beds comfortable. What more can you ask for?

The carpet had pet stains all over it. The entire hotel badly needs an overhaul...

The staff was nice, easy check-in, room was standard. The problem was they roomed my right next to the lobby, and I could hear people in the lobby and the TV in the lobby all night, resulting in restless sleep.

The hotel was great but the staff is clueless on how to do their job. I paid for a one night stay and was charged 3 completely different amounts. Two by the hotel and one by Orbitz. I am currently in the process of getting this issue resolved.

The Microtel Inn in Holland, Michigan was a nice place to stay. Our room was clean and ready when we checked in. It is close to the attractions in Holland. The map at the front desk was very helpful for finding our way around. The continental breakfast was adequate. We did not request an accessible room but were given one. It's a good thing we didn't need it. I believe it was a poor attempt to have compliant rooms but this one really wasn't. It had hand rails and a phone in the bathroom but the step into the tub must have been 16" or more. Also the room was on the top floor at the very end of the hallway. It is a non-smoking hotel but I am always put off by smokers lingering near the front door. Overall the room and hotel were fine.

We stayed two nights for a summer theater festival. The per room price was close to half of the other hotels in the area on Orbitz.
