The room layout and lack of lamps did not aid in the comfort. The layout of the bathroom sink area was not conveinant .

TV didn't work when we got there. They fixed it the second day. Hotel was clean and comfortable Would stay there again, when in the area

Could not get any of the channels. I followed the instructions and got the same 3 or 4 movies of all of the channels listed on the guide.

My spouse and I recently stayed at this motel for one night when we took a short getaway to the Saugatuck and Holland areas. I did not want to spend a lot on lodging since we were going to be shopping and taking a cruise on Lake Michigan. The motel could use updating. The carpet is stained and the breakfast area is not big enough to accommodate the number of guests. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. We were okay with it for one night but I wouldn't recommend it to our friends and family and will probably not stay there again.

Stayed here to go to the beach at Lake Michigan. Got in late and was tired. Guy at check-in was FAST, friendly, and polite. Staff was great, super impressed. Rooms were clean and quite. Beds comfortable. What more can you ask for?

The carpet had pet stains all over it. The entire hotel badly needs an overhaul...

The staff was nice, easy check-in, room was standard. The problem was they roomed my right next to the lobby, and I could hear people in the lobby and the TV in the lobby all night, resulting in restless sleep.

The hotel was great but the staff is clueless on how to do their job. I paid for a one night stay and was charged 3 completely different amounts. Two by the hotel and one by Orbitz. I am currently in the process of getting this issue resolved.

The Microtel Inn in Holland, Michigan was a nice place to stay. Our room was clean and ready when we checked in. It is close to the attractions in Holland. The map at the front desk was very helpful for finding our way around. The continental breakfast was adequate. We did not request an accessible room but were given one. It's a good thing we didn't need it. I believe it was a poor attempt to have compliant rooms but this one really wasn't. It had hand rails and a phone in the bathroom but the step into the tub must have been 16" or more. Also the room was on the top floor at the very end of the hallway. It is a non-smoking hotel but I am always put off by smokers lingering near the front door. Overall the room and hotel were fine.

We stayed two nights for a summer theater festival. The per room price was close to half of the other hotels in the area on Orbitz.

The walls appeared thin, meaning that there we were able to hear a lot from the next room. Our room experienced a large amount of expressway noise.

I was very disappointed. Room was smelly and not very clean. There was a band aid on the floor with blood, hairs on the sink, coffee and rings around the counter, crumbs on the white sheet and wash rags where stained.

a nice stay, but room very small tv was not clear.breakfast was decent.price good for summer. clean room.

This hotel is by far the worst we have ever stayed at. The room we booked had not been cleaned, the second room they sent us to had a filthy toilet. They sent us to a suite, and it was appalling. The couch had filthy cushions with apparent dark nasty stains all over it. The window cushion was torn and dirty. The tables in the room were scarred and chipped. Upon looking in the bed, there was along black hair attached to the pillow. We called management registered a complaint and took them on a tour of the dirty room. There were no other accommodations in the area to transfer to. Early the next morning someone tried to get Into the room and we found out a cleaning staff person had tried to enter, not being informed that the room was occupied. We have requested a FULL refund. (We have photos of the couch, tables, etc)

Girl working desk was wonderful. Asked to be near ice machine due to injury and she placed me across hallway from it. Was very helpful. She helped me get TV remote user friendly to a technology challenged person. Room okay. Not completely spotless clean but similar to other hotels I have been too. Looks to of been remodeled recently. Breakfast fair.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. My boys enjoyed the pool. The shuttle is not free and there are no restaurants or stores close to the hotel. Its pretty much in the middle of nowhere.

For a family or a couple on a budget, this hotel is a great deal. I did have a migraine the entire time we spent there and this may be contributed to the fact that I'm highly allergic to dogs and the hotel allows dogs. This was, however, not their fault, as they make it perfectly clear when you reserve a room there. I took the risk. Other than than, it worked perfectly.

clean and quiet room. good value when you need a place to sleep and clean up for the next day

Nice hotel. starting upgrades to assist travelers.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed my stay very much. Will stay here again. Will recommend to my friends.
