Our shower in the room was filthy, bathroom door was broken, we told that to the front desk, they just shrugged and did nothing about it. If possible, I would like money back, we were passing thru the area and needed to sleep for one night hence didn't bother to go anywhere else.

This was probably the worst room I have ever stayed in. Very old and the carpet floor felt gross on your feet. Needs updating. The “window” was just to the pool area and could hear people all night. While eating breakfast, there was construction was going on and it was very loud. Would not stay here again.

This hotel definitely needs to be updated. Especially paying $300 a night. The rooms were beat up and run down. Beds were comfy but that’s about the only good thing. The air wasn’t very cold and it was over 90 out so we were so sweaty.

Dirty hallways. After contacting front desk telling them I would be late for my check in, front desk confirmed “no problem “ . When I arrived my reservation was cancelled. Room was almost a $100 dollars more to stay. Bad business

Great service overall by every associate we encountered. The facility is undergoing upgrades on remodeling. The paint splatters on the walls and carpet made it look less appealing. The bathroom vanity was also not fully finished with the shelving application below the sink. The refrigerator in the room did not work. But, the room was comfortable. The bed was clean and the shower was really cool!

We loved the large open area in the checkin area. Our family played games there both nights that we stayed. It was great having the bar/lounge are as well. Breakfast was quick and tasty. We would stay here again. Needs updating, but we were satisfied overall with our stay.

The only downfall to the place was they wanted $14 for a plate if biscuits and gravy. The nice lady was happy to let me know it came with eggs!! We just ate elsewhere. Not a deal breaker.

The fact that I was told we had free breakfast and then went down and had menus to pay for it not cool... half the building was under construction and stuff me doors were not accessible and the hide a bed was so uncomfortable for my son he would have rather slept on the floor no sheets for the hide a bed had to go to the front to get them i paid 330 for a basic hotel room and a basic hotel experience i should have got a least a continental breakfast and i was told it was free when it wasnt i will never be back to the hotel it was outdated and under construction and also i thought it had a tub but no all showers the pool had no towels this place was overpriced and i still had to drive 10 mins to the lake i wont ever be back i rather stay 10 mins more away for 150 dollars less and get a breakfast a nd the same room i paid the 330 when i could have stayed 5 min away from less that 150 with indoor pool hot tub free breakfast and a tub in my room overpriced and not worth it at all
