Loved the warm water in the swimming pool. Not a fan of the split garbage cans to separate paper and plastic. Didn’t know what goes where-what do you consider alcohol wipes or dental floss??suggest they go back to regular trash cans

Appreciated being able to check in early. Appreciated being able to add snacks to hotel room cost.

Everything was fine except our noisy refrigerator. Also, COVID may have closed the hot tub, but that was a little disappointing.

The absolute worst!!!I certainly wouldn’t recommend this hotel.i mean where do I start from the minute I checked. In it was a nightmare! My room was downgraded which I was not informed of.. I of course found out after my third attempt of keys I had to go down and get myself even though I called front dest! The gentleman working was not concerned nor of help in any matter!! Once I finally got.in my room which was freezing 62!dego.We turn the heat up and when a good 25 minutes of no response from the thermostat I again called front desk who says it takes a while to work.. The desk clerk thought it was more important to talk on her cell to her supposed manager than take the time to check us in. But after 10 minutes we got to our room which was clean on the surface but not really clean. Hallways and stairwells were not clean neither

Strong Positives about the Double Tree: good cleaning/COVID-19 policies, plenty of open space, comfortable beds, nice facilities (although pool closed due to governor shutdown order) Negatives: Indicate a grabn'go breakfast--only coffee, poptart, granola bars--no fruit, no water no juice. Breakfast hours were from 4:30-9:30 even on weekend (not a typo).

Hotel was clean and organized. Covid situation had understandably limited items - pool was closed and there was a small basket of pop tarts and granola bars for breakfast "grab and go" at front desk. I would stay here again.

We didn’t get in til 11:00 pm. We waited at the desk for 30 min til someone came to check us in. We tried calling the hotel number to get someone’s attention and it just rang. We tried ringing the service bell. Nothing. Finally the girl came up and said she was doing laundry. When u are tired and just want a bed it is very annoying to not get checked in quickly.

I loved the pool area great for the family or groups. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

We stayed for one night while visiting Holland. The king bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tube and the fitness center. Our room was quiet. We would stay here again.

I am sorry that you were sold a room that we did not have available. Our thermostats are activated by activity so it will take a moment for the room to warm up once someone is moving around in the room.
