My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. There are lots of open areas that we were able take advantage of when meeting with friends. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are both awesome. I would recommend this hotel. That said, get a room that isn't facing the pool. As nice as it was to walk out first thing in the morning and hop in, the humidity and smell in the room from the pool was annoying.

Hotel was nice, only a one night stay so we didn't get to try out the pool and things. price was high but we were in town for the tulip festival and prices are always jacked up for those kind of things. Checking in and out went very smooth.

Our stay was great. Only problem was communication between you and the hotel on what room we had booked but they made it happen

Very nice. We stayed there during the Tulip Festival. Ver convenient.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Wonderful bed, clean room, and great location.

I stayed here for a week while I was in a friend's wedding. I love that the gym and pool are open long hours, and clean. my room had a balcony view of the pool, which was just gorgeous when the sun came up! roomy, comfortable rooms, great price.

Very nice hotel, but not conveniently located for our trip.

I have reserved for two rooms but they "couldn't get " us adjoining rooms or at least rooms that were next to each other. It would have been okay if there were guests on the rooms next to ours but they appeared to be empty. The tub on one of the rooms had a bit of a clog and they were dirty. We had to wear slippers in the shower. Everything else was okay.

The hotel is good overall. The breakfast is not free and comes at a charge, that was the major drawback. The room is overpriced. we had a view of a parking lot on the 2nd level, anyone can see inside the room from the lot and there is no privacy. We had to keep the curtains drawn all the time and no natural light..So the room is packed with furniture and there is not much space to move around. The bathroom is also quite small. The hotel should charge 30-40% less for the kind of rooms it has. Staff is friendly and amenities are good.

We stayed here for the tulip festival and enjoyed our stay. Had good breakfast, found the hotel to be clean, although a tad congested, especially the bathroom. Otherwise, its great for families.

The accommodation's were nice. The bathroom was a little small, but it worked out. Room service was good - timely and very friendly person delivered the meal.

Everything was fine but the only thing that bothered me and my partner was there are no room slippers in the room. The toilet tiles were ice cold.

The most over rated hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms and bathroom are small. Way over priced. The Hampton down the street has bigger rooms and bathroom. The price was significantly less and included breakfast. You can easily find a better value.

Nice room, good breakfast, great pool and surprisingly had an outdoor water park.

I have been here a couple times with family and friends while visitng the holland/grand haven/sugatuck area and have been very satisfied everytime. The building and rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfy. They have a very nice indoor pool and hot tub that is always clean and enjoyable. Whenever we think of traveling to this area, we think of this place to stay! Would highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean. Exercise room and pool/whirlpool area were very nice. Had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Great for watching others down in the pool area.

The Doubletree in Hollnd, MI was okay. We were there three nights. It is an older hotel that has been "updated" in the past few years. We were in a Jr. King suite which was a good deal for an extra $15.00 a night. A lot more room and a small bar area. The bed was very nice and comfy. The bathroom was extremly tiny and needed a good scrub down - around the faucets and corners of the floors. Wallpaper needed touching up, etc. Housekeeping neglected to fill certain items each day; washcloths, toilet paper, cups for coffee. No big deal there. One problem was the time it took for hot water. We had to leave the faucets on for 5 - 10 minutes, a waste of water. The pool area was nice, but a bit cool for our 17 month old. We would have liked to have seen a crib rather than a pack n play for her also. Not too comfortable. We never ate in the restaurant. The employees were very nice. For the area i would recommend and for the price, but if it were elsewhere??? not sure.

Hotel was wonderful. Our tv did not work and they were willing to move us but it was already late in the evening. The only downfall was that breakfast was not free in the morning.

wonderful friendly customer service. beds were very comfortable. Room was very spacious and clean. I was told on the phone that there was a free breakfast for guests, but when my husband went down to the eating area, they said there was no free breakfast. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for the breakfast incident.

Worked most of the time, but the hotel was quiet with beautiful surroundings and ammenities
