They charge $100 to your credit card when you check out. After they check/clean the room they refund the money depending on the condition of the room or missing items. I don’t understand actually charging then crediting the card. Why don’t they hold card number until they check the room and charge only if there’s damage/theft?

Very nice property for the price. Clean, seemed to be well maintained

It took them 20 minutes to process my credit card because they kept trying to use my expired cars i had on file with Orbitz. When I booked the hotel I checked marked that I would pay by credit card when I arrived. I never said to use the old card.

Mostly clean. Small and lumpy beds. Easy parking, and nice breakfast to go bags since kitchen was closed for the COVID

Room was spacious and had what we needed, but tub had some mold. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, coffee was good. Overall stay was nice.

Property was under construction during our visit, otherwise, would likely give a higher rating.

Great breakfast and location. We did not use the pool. Coffee and cookies always fresh and available.

It was very clean and comfortable in our room. However the hotel itself was undergoing some construction including the elevator being not usable. That made it hard to bring our bags up to our 2nd floor room and I also have some mobility issues. A little fair warning about this would have been nice, even if it meant we might have to change hotels. We deserve to be able to make that choice but can't if we aren't aware of the situation. Also the bathtub was very slippery and should have had some non-slip product to avoid that danger. We had so much trouble logging onto the wifi. Did everything right but had to try many times and different ways to finally connect.

Thank you for writing about your stay. Yes, that is correct, we do place an incidental hold on a credit/debit card that is released upon checkout.
