To begin I have very high standards when staying in a hotel so my comments reflect that. Hotel needs to invest in new mattresses, sheets, bedding. Sheets on the bed were very worn and had stains. Towels should be replaced as they are very thin from usage. It looks as if the outside maybe undergoing renovations so that may explain the condition of he bed. The hotel lobby is very nice and the staff all very professional and friendly. Check in/check out was very seamless and quick. Breakfast was average not a big selection. Don't know that we would stay again.

The hotels n a poor state. We changed the first room because a strong stale smell. The second room was better but the bed, pillow and linen, has the smell of being used a lot. Disgusting.

We stayed for two nights. For the price and the Radisson name, I was hoping for a nicer and more updated hotel. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold/mildew probably from not having a working exhaust fan for a period. You could tell they made an attempt to clean it but still… those types of things don’t inspire much confidence. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. It’s an older hotel but could use some additional TLC. This felt more like a Days Inn or super 8 which should be sub $100 per night. I’d spend a little more and look elsewhere.

Staff was friendly, but the room was smelly and stuffy. We were woken up by a screaming intoxicated person at 3am, which I learned in the morning was arrested. The area is a commercial parking lot littered with trash and empty liquor bottles. Unfortunate experience, we checked out after one night instead of the original three night stay due to how uncomfortable we were with the room and area.

Needs some attention to handicapped needs

We booked an accessible room. Was disappointed that my husband was unable to shower as there was a tub/shower combo. The tub was extra high. He is unable to lift legs over rim. Also toilet too low, unable to lift himself up. Would also encourage more handicapped accessible parking. We did like the bed, size of room worked with wheel chair. Breakfast nice, too.

Cleanliness was good and the staff was very kind in allowing us to check-in a little early in order to change before heading to a wedding. The building just shows it's age a little and I felt like the price was a touch high.

Roy at the desk was great! Good room, you can tell they’re putting work into updates here and there. Definitely time for a little TLC, but clean and safe! Super close to most of the things we wanted to see, we liked the location a lot.
