Desk clerk had problem communicating in English, although the outside was realativity clean the build was a little run down at first glance it looks like a place you wouldn’t want your family to get out of the car. Prices per night are listed on Orbitz site but you left out the fees for checking on in and out check out is 3PM check in at 2 early check in additional $25 ,at 4 that a late check in extra $25 I guess you have stand at the counter an check exactly at 3 pm? Won’t be using Orbitz again if I can avoid it

The property has been remodeled. It was clean. No issues with anything. Staff was very friendly. They do charge an additional $100 deposit but as long as you don't tear anything up it is refund at departure.

When we drove up, we had concerns about staying at the property. The exterior, including the parking lot is dated and needs freshening up. Once we entered the property, the lobby and breakfast area were new and showed well. Again, the hallways and elevator need to be freshened up. When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised. You could smell the cleaning supplies, a comfortable bed, a clean and adequate bathroom, with pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Was it upper class, no, but it's well worth the price of the room. TV, wardrobe armoire, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, ironing board, desk with chair, and additional sitting chair. I slept so well that we missed breakfast, but from what I saw, they offered quite a lot.
