The worst worst WORST experience of our life. We booked this room for OUR WEDDING NIGHT. Wanted a king suite and when we got there they gave it away and gave us a double queen room. But they couldn’t “refund” us because we got the room through a “third party”. AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Nothing like ...
Convenient location and valet service were worth not having the hassle of worrying about parking. The double beds were a bit too small for two adults per/bed and they consisted of four very small pillows. The bed and smaller pillows were not very comfortable.
Nice hotel, great location if you visiting Dutch Wonderland.
Pros: Very clean, large comfortable rooms. Staff friendly. Breakfast was above average for a free continental breakfast, plenty of hot items and selection. Cons: Would better if there was a pool. Location is not walkable to any restaurants, etc.
