Room was run down and dirty. Evening/night staff was not friendly at all. If he doesn’t like his job, he should do something else. Morning staff were excellent. Phone in room was broken. Heating in room very noisy. Location is amazing!

Check in was not great. We weren’t greeted, we were not even sure we were in the right place. After much time waiting we were given our room key card. Computers were down. They seemed short staffed. The room was good and very comfortable. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. The location of the hotel is great!

This is a very nice hotel. Check-in was easy peasy, we each received a warm chocolate cookie. They also have an allergy free cookie option. Our room was clean and spacious, and the king bed was delightful. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

Shower wouldn't drain. Toilet had to be flushed several times. Pillows hard as a rock. A/C didn't work. This place has been going downhill for some time. The price is not acceptable for the quality of the stay.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Helena. The room was spacious and clean but we found the stairwells and pool area to be unkempt. Food crumbs all over the floor and dingy pool water were unappealing.
