Don't advertise a "free breakfast" if all you have to offer is a broken juice machine, limited batter for a waffle maker with no syrup available, and dry cereal.

They over booked and were canceling reservations. It took me thirty minutes when I got there to be told they had no room for me.

The place appeared run down. Smoke setector made a loud chirping noise all night in chorus with the high pitch howl ciming from the mini fridge

It had good room ammenaties, coin washer & dryer, snack & drink machines, room was decent size

The breakfast bar was pretty lame not very much to offer it could use at least a hot tub or a pool and the parking lot could have looked a lot better

We had reservations for 5 nights at this property while in town to attend a 4 day dog show. When we showed up to check in - they had changed their pet policy and increased their pet fee PER DOG without updating their website. We were showing 6 dogs so that would have been $90 more per night for the pets. So we cancelled out room and went up the street to the Delta Hotel Marriot and only paid a flat fee of $50 for the entire stay for the dogs and had a much better location and amenities. I am very disappointed in Super 8 of late - never will I consider them again as a potential hotel to stay at - they have lost my business.

I have never been more disgusted with a property. The hallways smelled of vomit, the outside door closest to my "wing" was broken; allowin anyone to come and go. There were people sitting in the hallway talking on their phone. My bed had two depressions indicative of very old mattresses that have had people sleeping in them for years. The shower curtain bar was half ripped out of the wall. I placed some milk in the fridge and didn't realize that it wasn't working. You had to unplug items in the room to plug in others to use them. The hair dryer didn't work and when I called down to the front desk, no one was there. I left a note on the keyboard of the front desk on my way out and no one took care of it; saying a staff member had to go to the emergency room and no one was here to do it. ONE person needed to run a hair dryer up to my room sometime in the 12 hours that I was gone. A single person having an emergency shouldn't shut down the whole operation. I will never stay there again and urge others to look at ANY of the other hotels in the area, even the motels will probably be better.

The property what is satisfactory for the price. Older rooms with pretty shoddy maintenance.

I slept very well in spite of the stains on the floor and the lack of a lightbulb in the shower room and the 25 holes in the linoleum

Very dirty, not even vacuumed. Stains on the bedding. At check in the receptionist had his bare dirty feet on the counter while typing on the computer. Kind of nasty.

Crappy shower, clerk at front desk was clearly sick and sweating profusely

Nice hotel close to the beach. No wait, that was somewhere else. You have to drive an extra mile to reach the entrance, the lot was rocks and weeds, the ice machine spit out a cup full of ice, then stopped and had to make more for 30 min, they had me for 2 nights rather than the 3 I booked, the room key worked for 24 hours, then you had to get a new one The front desk girl, maintenance guy, and general manager were very friendly and helpful, but the facility was just plain - yuck. I can't believe this is a Wyndham owned property. I've saved the continental breakfast description until last. Merely two words - Egg patties. I swear I'm not making this up.

1. The main switch did not work, so there was no light at the desk. 2. The key stopped working after 1 night of a 2 night stay. 2. Otherwise, quiet and comfortable.

Nice stay for a quick rest Easy to find. Booked thru orbitz

The room we were given first smelled so bad of smoke, it was awful. We were given a different room and the bed was as hard as a board. The clerk told us all about his problem with the other front desk clerk and that his maids were all going to quit. A little TMI. It was inexpensive tho and since we were only there for a few hours, we survived.

First of all, the staff is friendly. Location is decent (off I15 on the SE side of town). The price is great. But this hotel has seen better days and is in poor maintenance. Peeling paint, doors aren't aligned (jamming and letting in light from the hallway around the edges and bottom), just overall a shabby feel. My room had broken furniture and the heater/AC whistled for 20 seconds every time it turned on all night long. The back entrance door has shattered glass and a broken latch, so it never locks. I stayed there once this spring and once this fall, and the door was not repaired in that five months. The rest of the hotel is in a similar state - as little maintenance is put into the place as possible. Also, I stayed on a Saturday night, and I had guests above me dropping large machinery and heel-walking from 12:30-4am. At this price, the hotel attracts a certain crowd. The breakfast is sparse with lots of bread products and not high quality. I skipped it after the first nights stay. For the right price, this may be acceptable to some. It was fine for me, but I will look elsewhere next time I'm in Helena.
