Easy access to the highway

The place was dirty, the staff was running an unofficial shelter for homeless folks in the lobby (touching but awkward) and the room was cold and noisy. Not recommended.

Unbeknownst to us, the pool was closed because of COVID- would have been nice to know when we booked, since that’s the whole reason we stayed there. Also, they offered a “limited breakfast” because of COVID, which consisted of sugary pastries and yogurt - also info we could have used, since LQ’s usual breakfast is delicious. Also, our room was not clean, and the entryway smelled like urine. The only good thing about the place was the super friendly lady that checked us in.

Clean rooms, had refrigerator, good breakfast. Good location

It was a nice place to stay, the air conditioner had a loud rattle half way thru the night. Otherwise good stay.

Overpriced and drags overalk brand image down. We stayed 2 nights. Idea of room cleaning is a half-hearted attempt at making tge bad. No replacements of soiled towels or used soap or shampoo. Treadmill did not work.

We checked in an extra day early unexpectedly and they said we might have to change rooms for our next reservation. We were kind of upset about having to move rooms but i ended up asking when we would have to switch the next morning and they said we could stay where we were at! Very friendly and nice to our pup as well and made us feel welcome.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Pet friendly. Good location

Clean room, free breakfast had things run out that we're not replaced for several days. Room key lost room access code, had to get it reset. Both times I have stayed there this has happened.

My room not really cleaned. Dirty toilet, junk splatters on mirror. Sheets not changed. Hairs and obvious stains on bed sheet as proof. Took looking at 3 rooms to get a clean one,

They have good variety of choices for breakfast. Friendly staff. I stayed in two different king rooms, the bed in one of the rooms was not very comfortable. The other was good.

carpet in the elevator is worn and needed cleaned. paint peeling around elevator's door frame. the bathroom was clean.

right next to power facility--yuck! people were nice--except for evening check-in was kind of scratchy, probably tired.

Friendly staff and clean room for us and our dog.

Pretty typical experience for work.i hardly needed staff who were pleasant because I booked online. Breakfast was fine.

Dear Trina - we have not had a pool up and available since Covid started - we are working with the county health department to follow the proper rules - breakfast items are also affected by Covid - no one I know is doing hot buffets and may not be available in the future so we have a grab and go breakfast that has limited exposure to our guests - I assume that most guests are very aware of the unusual times we are in and understand the changes are to limit contact and not spread the virus further. If anyone has questions about facilities during this time they should contact the property directly to clarify services if it is the only reason you are staying there -

Dear anonymous We are sorry you had issues with your stay. We always appreciate feedback - it is nice to know when a guest stayed so we can work with staff on any issues or concerns. The treadmill has a few steps to fire it up - we hadn’t heard it wasn’t working. We have recently ordered all new exercise room equipment- hopefully will be in place shortly.
