There were no towels in the room, toilet paper rolls just about used up. Fridge was turned off with door closed and stank. No remote control for TV, coffee maker had coffee and water in it from previous guest and did not work, alarm clock did not work.

The manNext room started to make noises from 4am but not any tipe of noises. I thought have a zoo. One time sound like a sheep and another time like a monkey. From 4-8am. I was traveling from Chicago to HELENA. After 25hours diving the last thing I was want to worry about animals next room. When I told the manager at 6am he said they not suppose to do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He did not talk to them!!!!!!!!

Very new looking facility from the outside but archaic inside. Still using keys rather than cards. Doors flimsy and show signs of being forced. Very stale and smelly. Staff barely know what they are doing at check in

I was an over all great experience. this is what thought about it. We enjoyed our stay there.

Clean comfortable rooms. Comfy bed and in good condition

The jaccuzzi did not work. Desk clerk was rude and didn't want to be bothered. Continental breakfast was terrible. No fresh fruit what so ever. Don't stay here. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

Very nice and clean with a friendly and helpful staff. They recovered my lost ring! Thanks Elizabeth!

I came in for my daughters birthday very nice staff could not wish for anything more. The hot tub was completely out. The rooms were very clean, but dated needs some updating. I did stay a second night for a much lower price than through the online web site

An older property that could use some TLC. It's clean and comfortable but definitely worn around the edges.

The Shilo Inn Helena is a fine place to stay. The room was adequate, clean and comfortable. The price was very good!

Close to the airport. Reasonably clean, but there was a foul odor.

It is a little challenging to get to the motel since it is on a one way. We were concerned about the possiblity of traffic noise, but it was very quiet. They had all the amenities promised, was very clean and fresh. It is an older motel, but things were in good repair. The staff was friendly and efficient. My husbands only complaints were the complimentary soaps/shampoo, he is allergic to aloe based products and we had no remote for the TV. We would definately stay here again.

Rooms were clean and had good amenities. Relatively quiet with the exception of noisy guests.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but was no frills. Since I got in at mid-night and out by 10, it was what I was looking for. The price was fair. The Continental Breakfast was not very good.

A little old, but the room was ok. No elevator. Bed was nice, but outlets were not in convenient locales for my laptop and the microwave and coffeemaker. Nice to have a hot tub and pool, but it's a small place and kids overran it, so I skipped it. Didn't know how to use steam room (couldn't get it to steam). It was an okay place for the price, but not sure I'd stay there again.

Had a private guiet time Wish I could comfortably lay onthe carpet

After traveling 5.5 hours to get to Helena, we did not enjoy the lumpy beds - time for a matress upgrade. Shower head was pitiful. From our room, it appears that general updating/replacing of worn out fixtures would be a good idea. The room was clean - as a person with allergies to room fresheners, I would can the thick spray of room deodorizer to greet the patrons.

Value for money, bit old, not the brightest one. Rooms are clean and beds are nice.

This was the least expensive hotel in Helena (other than real dumps). Fairly clean (a few hairs in the shower). Continental breakfast was pretty skimpy. Staff was friendly, but not real informative about things like restaurants. Overall, an average motel experience.

Very nice elderly gentleman at the front desk! Don't bring a heavy suitcase, as there are no elevators to the third floor! If your idea of a continental breakfast is a juice machine and individually boxed cereal, then this is your place! Good luck getting coffee, unless you want decaf! Price was right for the quick stay I needed, however.
