Like I said in my headline, I usually hate Holiday Inn. I strongly dislike them because they have the worst customer service hotline on the planet. But I called this hotel directly and Rosemary was super nice and understanding and definitely worked with me in every way possible. The price was reasonable. The property was new and modern. There were a lot of great amenities. The location is great. The hotel is exceptionally clean. My room was spacious and cozy. I will definitely return again and again. And I can’t stress it enough, Holiday Inn is a decent place if you call the property directly. Try to avoid the hotline if you can. This property rocks.

Due to a change in my travel plans I stayed here at the beginning and at the end of my business trip. Both times the staff members were great and very understanding on the events that took place that required me to change my reservations. When I checked in the night prior to my departure, the front desk told me the hours for breakfast, I replied that my flight was well before that so I would be missing it. They provided me a menu to pick and choose from so I would have something to take to the airport with me. WOW, that is a first. When I checked out in the morning their was my breakfast in a bag just as I requested. I will definitely stay here again when my travels take me to Helena.

Clean, tidy but nothing special. Not sure how they justify the $150 price tag (with rewards card!)for one person. I was too tired after a long day on the road to shop around that day but I’ll know next time I’m going through Helena to avoid this hotel. For the same quality I’ll head over to a “basic” hotel and save my money.

The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and very quiet, even though it overlooked the parking lot. Even though we had booked for (5) days, due to weather we left a day early. As we prepaid for our whole stay, the hotel were able to refund the last night without penalty.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable rooms. Service was excellent. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices and they kept the food trays full. I would recommend this hotel to all and will stay there again when needed.

No microwave or frig available (unless you get a suite). Nothing in any of the rooms and no accommodating, as with other hotels. Not the best selection of breakfast food available and the ice machine is on the first floor only. On the positive side, plenty of convenient parking. Good location right off of I-15 and only 4 miles from the Montana State Capital.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the HIE in Helena, Montana. Staff was very nice and hotel was very clean. They served a great breakfast and everything was re filled quickly. Never heard a peep when sleeping... Our only complaint is ventilation in the pool area. Other than that we would love to stay there again in the future.

I stayed in a king suite on a business trip. Room was well laid out and spacious. The linens and towels could be upgraded but the room was clean and bed comfortable. I enjoyed having the extra space. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants and has easy access to the expressway. I will stay here again on my next trip.

We recently spent two nights in this hotel in a 2 bed queen suite. The hotel gave us an automatic upgrade to a suite since we are IHG platinum members. The room was large and well appointed, I especially liked that it had a comfy chair with a small table next to it in addition to a couch and table. The staff that we interacted with were very pleasant. Shout out to the woman working the breakfast area who was in constant motion ensuring that everything remained well stocked. Very tasty warm cookies were available in the lobby in the late afternoon. There is some opportunity for improvement in the housekeeping department. The rug in our room desperately needed a deep cleaning, I noticed my feet were VERY dirty after walking around in the room barefoot. We also had to wait a long time to get our room cleaned. Housekeeping and front desk staff were very apologetic about this issue and compensated us with some bonus IHG points.

Stayed for one night on vacation and was very please. Check in was easy and although they made an error on price they corrected right away when presented with my copy of reservation confirmation. The breakfast was really good area well kept and service friendly.. Dominque gave us exceptional service and has a great sense of humor. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were great. Had both hard and soft. would stay here again
