We had a good time in Helena and this hotel helped make it that way. Everything was good, clean and convenient. The only issue was that the bathroom drains did not work very well. We reported it to the front desk the last day we were there and they said they would get it fixed.

We had a suite which was very nice. We had an issue with slow draining bathtub and it was repaired immediately. Front desk staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The free breakfast options were limited but well prepared. Hot and cold cereal options would be good to include as well as fresh fruit.

Clean room and building that is a little outdated in the hallways but great in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide breakfast vouchers to the restaurant next door with limited but sufficient options of freshly cooked breakfast items. So much tastier than prepackaged muffins and hard boiled eggs. Easy parking and centrally located in Helena for activities all around the town. Will definitely stay here again.

I've stayed in far nicer places for $440! Location was poor, having to traverse Helena to get to it. Marked poorly from the street to the entry. Had to park in a different lot to stay. Room was really small. No ice machine or beverage on the floor. Had to go down to the 1st floor. Photos make it look updated, but it's not. Keep looking would be my recommendation.

Family suite was great with a kitchen area and separate living room from the bedroom. Would have loved for the bathroom to be in the middle as my boys had to go through our sleeping area to reach the bathroom but wasn’t a major thing. Breakfast was decent. Super friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Great AC. Would stay again.
