Property was good! Quite clean! Beds were comfortable. Staff member didn’t explain breakfast situation (where to go, hours etc) at check in. I would stay there again

Good, but Bad at the same time.

Great Staff Very Friendly. Rooms Clean, Spacious and Comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. A little to eco friendly as I can spit more water then the water that came out of the shower and bathroom faucet. Seriously to they have to be that low flow you barely get wet? Towels Size were awful skimpy for a National Chain. Bath Towel was pretty much the size of a large hand towel, and very very thin! 1st night lots of door slamming, so thin walls. Though it calmed down after 22:00 until 06:00. 2nd night after being out all day, I came back to the hotel to shower. No Hot Water, Zip Nudda, not even luke warm, but cool. Went to bed at 23:30, still only the cool or cold water, no hot. -18C outside folks.. in the morning there was hot water?? An air bubble in the boiler system?? Then the TV, nice new and all, but they did not include a channel,guide, nor did the remote offer an on tv guide… I tried everything, nope you have to go through each channel with the remote, one by one. And with that comes a 5-10sec delay while it finds the channel. That got really frustrating after awhile and I tuned it off. Free Breakfast Voucher… yeah… but the breakfast choices were 5-6 choices. I chose sausage and eggs, hash brown and toast. Sausage and eggs were just that. Not, Not Spectacular, but ok. The hash brown small paddy was lifeless. No Jam, for the toast unless you like Grape, and 2nd choice of Grape. AND DON’T Have the Coffee… I’ve had better and fresher tasting dishwater.

The staff is absolutely amazing, super helpful and friendly. The location is good, lots of food and shopping options close by. We had the large king room, it had a nice kitchenette, and lots of natural light.

Only thing I really have to complain about is that we didn’t have enough towels in our room. We called down and they brought us up some extras. Overall the room was what we expected and we were satisfied.
