Nice motel with budget friendly pricing that includes airport shuttle.

clean, the staff was very helpful ,wake up call on time, and shuttle was on time

Lost my reservation. Nice people, but this property is tired. No bar, no lounge.

Great room for the price. Family ran, and very accommodating. Excellent job, thank you!

The original room on Orbitz was an older room, the front staff did let me know right away that I might want to check it out and possibly upgrade. I appreciated that and after checking the location of the room and the room itself, did indeed upgrade. I am a 60 year old grandma traveling by myself at times and felt like the staff was looking out for me. I will definitely return to Jorgenson's again. However, I wish Orbitz did a better job of describing rooms and locations!

It was old, TV didn't work, fan sounded as a tractor, bed was so bad that I considered sleeping on the floor if I knew it was clean.

When my husband and I checked into our room, it was very small, and looked like no one had stayed in that room for months. The tiny dryer in the bathroom was so coated in dust, it could not be wiped with a dry cloth; it was just nasty. The ice bucket was coated in dust. There were 2 towels, 2 washcloths. Shower curtain had red mold on the bottom. Everything in the room was coated with dust. I wasn't about to get in that bed! We went up front and asked for another room. The girl at the desk was very nice and apologized and upgraded us to a larger room at no additional cost. This room was better. Headboard still dusty, but bathroom was much better, no dust, and 4 towels and 4 washcloths, and just looked cleaner. We slept there. The next day, our room was cleaned with new towels. The second day, room was not cleaned, no clean towels. I let it go. The third day, still not cleaned, no clean towels, washcloths. I went up front and asked for clean towels/washcloths and told them our room had not been cleaned in 2 days. The girl apologized again and said she would have clean towels sent. Someone did bring them immediately. On a positive note, our breakfast was always HUGE and was very good. The staff was extremely nice, everyone from the front desk to the restaurant workers. However, this just was not a pleasant experience for our first trip to Montana and we would definitely not stay here again.

It was not clean enough for my taste. I was on a business trip so sat at the desk to do some work. A dust bunny kept going over my sandals. The chair was old and uncomfortable. I sank into it.

It was one of the better motel in Helena that we stayed in in the past 6 years, We stay in Helena 2 time ever year, as we go to Yuma, Arizona for the winter.

Check in was Okay. Room was older and in need of much refurbishing.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Reasonable restaurant.

My wife and I stayed here because it was close to our destination. Upon arrival I was told by the desk clerk that the building and room we had reserved had not been renovated but for $10.00 more we could move to the building and room that had been renovated. Since we only needed a place to sleep for the night I passed on the offer. I think that they could have let people know about the situation prior to making a reservation. I think that the price we paid for sub-standard accommodations was high. We will probably not stay at this property again.

Really great location in the middle of town near the mall. Lots of parking available. Average hotel, average restaurant. Nice little bar/casino. Room was clean. Older hotel, but very good for the price.

This hotel was not able to provide a credit card receipt because I booked on line. It has never been an issue before, at other hotels.

The staff was very helpful with places to see and eat in town and the rooms were clean. The included made to order breakfast sold us on using them and it did not disappoint.

I have very good experience in Jorgenson's Inn & Suites, Helena, MT. The overall condition of this hotel was awesome, especially the breakfast was very delicious.

OK for just a quick overnight stay. Great full breakfast. Front desk receptionist graciously moved us from outlier building to main building. No frills, but then we didn't pay for any frills either.

Older hotel, but very adequate considering the cost which was much lower than other hotels in the area. Location was excellent for me and the hot breakfast at their near-by hotel was complete.

Easy to find, check-in and check-out. Comfortable room and beds

We had a great time. The room and staff were great. The location was awesome as we could walk to shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel. We were amazed at how quiet it was on Saturday night and the hotel was completely full. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Helena.
