It’s a no for me

No hot water in shower. No toilet paper in bathroom. TV is a Roku TV that you have to sign in to but it doesn’t connect to the Internet. Bed was comfortable though.

Very disappointed

We were here for my mothers passing. We asked for early check in but they could not accommodate untill 1:00 so I had to find a place for my insulin for the morningtill evening. When we told the staff my wive has a hard time walking they placed us at the far end.The first night when we came to the hotel to relax a bit the TV did not work and nether did the telephone. So back up front to desk who came down to fix TV but said she had no idea about phone so she would report it and left with no apology. Second night same thing TV and phone not working. So long walk back to have a repeat except I believe she did say sorry. The reception area reeked of cigarette smoke and weed aswell as the hall way and our room smelled like cigarettes. The carpet had not been swept well if at all. The floor in the bathroom was extremely sticky and when we walked in there was blue stuff in the toilet. The windows were streaked and nasty.It was the worst room I have ever rented.I am not a chronic complainer but this was bad and I feel you should know.

Decent.

Decent hotel. Staff was nice. Check in was incredibly incredibly slow. We waited more than half an hour to check in. Thete were some generalman infront of us arguing charges for this entire time. I dont expect special treatment, but if its a complex problem they could have checked us in and then continue arguing with the men who spoke spanish. I fully understand it was a frustrating experience for the gentleman and staff to try to communicate their needs, but there we were...waiting standing for 1/2 hour and it made us late to a concert. Anyway. The room was very small but clean and comfortable. The airconditioner could not be run unless it screamed and made terrible screeching noises so we had to sleep with it off. The tv was a roku tv, but it wasnt connected to anything but a scratchy weird patchy cable signal. Weird. So couldn't use the tv either, it was un watchable. The bed was clean and comfortable. It seems like it was a decent place but we just had bad luck overall. We would stay again, maybe the second time it would be a better experience.
