Hair in the shower/tub. Ceiling paint flaking. Terrible noise. There were workers on SUNDAY before 7 AM working right outside my hotel room door and also outside my room window. Apparently replacing mattresses. Speaking loudly and calling each other. Hotel should have shut down for remodeling or they should have started the work at 9 am on a Sunday. Instead they charge us full price for a terrible experience. The point of going to a hotel is to sleep. I was not able to sleep because this awful and inconsiderate disruption. I was not warned about this situation, otherwise I would’ve gone elsewhere. I should be getting back the full price for this poor experience.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Hotel going thru renovation, so large boxes in lobby and wall on our floor was being repaired (construction dust on floor). Elevator bell was too loud, so could hear it quite often in room. Room was clean.

Had a nice stay, though it was only a quick layover. Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was in the middle of renovations so it was a bit of a mess, but totally understandable why. The floor our room was on already had the flooring replaced and it looked very nice. Only issue we saw, was that in the breakfast area there were ants all around some dropped food that likely a previous giest dropped. We notified the staff and they were quick to address it. Breakfast tasted great and we slept well.
