No elevator, room smelled like snuff. Curtains looked as if a cat had been swinging from them. First floor exterior door was propped open with a rug. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. House keeping just toss dirty water down the stairs that customers walk up/down.
This motel was not the best experience for my family. The bad: There was no elevator. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast left much to be desired. The good: The staff was friendly. The room was clean.
Horrible, not clean, furniture torn, mildew, lizard in room,odor, carpet wet, staff not friendly, not accommodating, no comfort accommodations were offered, huge decline from my last visit. A waste of money
We stopped on a road trip to see our daughter in Connecticut. We were just looking for a bed because we drove late and left early. This is a good, basic hotel. The rooms are adequate, furnished with minimal style, had the minimal(free, get what you pay for) breakfast and the total cost is great. The only problem was that we were in room 104 and it smelled moldy. Not so bad we asked to move but when we got ice from the end of the hall, the aroma went away. Ask for higher number rooms.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, service was excellent. the staff was very help to me and my family. The room was very clean in attractive. Breakfast was super great. I will be staying at at this location again.
The carpet in the room was not vacuum, door would close to the room, phone in the room was inoperable. I will not stay there again. They need to have more options to choose from for breakfast, have real juice and not water the juice down so that it doesn't taste like juice. It tasted more like water than juice.
We recently drove to Biloxi and on the way back to Nashville had to stop for the night. Anita at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Best Western has done a great job with rebranding and remodeling. Thank you. We'll be back!!
Clean Room and Clean Beds, Bug Free! Staff was Friendly and willing to make your stay comfortable as possible. I don't care much for the Hotels etc. that allow pets and wish they had certain rooms that they would use for that because of Allergies in Customers, etc. This Facility was a Safe Area and Family Oriented.
My stay was from June 10- June 16. Dyring that time I stayed in Room 114. The room was clean and orderly. In fact, the motel itself was clean and I saw no state of disrepair. The property itself is a quiet place which means it is a good property to relax and unwind. The manager Ricky Patel runs a good employee team. The employees are warm, smiling, friendly and know their job. Housekeeping is fast and efficient. The breakfast provided by Best Western is more than sufficient with many choices. I would recommend this property for anyone staying in the area.
Stay at Best Western was great. Customer Service was awesome. The express checkout was very helpful and the rewards program are outstanding. I would recommend this hotel for leisure. Stay was awesome!
