I have stayed at this motel previously and was completely satisfied with my stay, however, this time, despite advising the front desk of a defective shower valve (making the shower completely unusable) the first morning of our stay, I returned that evening to find that the valve had not been fixed, even though i was told that the mechanic HAD come to the room and fixed it. Our schedule didn't permit returning to our room later in the second day, so we were without a shower for the two days of our stay! Very unpleasant!!

we requested a lower floor and close to things, they honored our requests, they even let us check in early at no extra charge. room was spacious a mix of older and newer remodels. beds were very comfy and so were pillows, room had refrigerator and microwave. coffee maker and tea in rooms also. staff was friendly. they offer a free breakfast, hot and cold foods, cereals scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles and basic pastries, juices and coffee looked low quality and basic, but better choices than some motels in this price range. my only minor complaints were : the shower head and plumbing around tub area is rusting and old and very unappealing, the toilet seat wouldn't stay up, needed minor repairs and the chair in the room was very old and shabby and uncomfortable, but everything else looked newer. the heater was annoying like most motels, its the older blower type and the vents don't move to side to side, so it goes from either too hot too cold all nite. all motels should update these to basic baseboard heaters, they are so annoying. a minor complain is what ever they clean the sinks etc with left everything cloudy looking, maybe they didn't rinse well, just unappealing. overall everything looked cleaned and the room was comfy, except for chair. I wish they would fix the minor things I mentioned, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would recommend to others, for me. my main things I look for are cleanliness and comfortable bed and pillows, and they did have

Hotel was nice, had little interaction with staff but when I did they were nice. Great place to stay to attend a convention at the Radison across the street.

Front desk staff was very accommodating and very pleasant. I was having trouble with the opening the door to my room and they were very quick to switch me to a different room.

Booked online for $48 per night as wanted to see that it is worth livable once reach there. But from next day price was $58 per night, in fact it was 60+ but I had to call and then paid 58 per night. Please let customer service staff/guest service attendants to focus primarily on guest services as well etiquette which are need of an hour in entire united states of america rest other side of a business regardless the room was $48, $58 or $150. Thank You

We attended a wedding in the area & needed an inexpensive place to stay overnight. The staff was friendly and the room served our purpose--no complaints!

I was looking for an affordable hotel that would allow me to achieve a quality nights rest, and this hotel supplied just that. It is nothing over the top. It has an acceptable amount of quality versus price paid for it.

It is a OK hotel with good location but slow internet/WiFi.

Not a lot of choices around these parts. It is enough.

fine motel w/ one glaring problem during our stay

close to lots of shopping and restaurants
