The overall condition of the property was "unique." The only saving grace was the breakfast.
Staff was extremely nice the suite room was huge I loved the jacuzzi in my room freaking awesome the only thing was that broken tv stand and refrigerator door wouldn’t close
The king suite with the spa tub was nice. The front desk personnel could've been a little friendlier. There was no breakfast offered at alll & the fitness room was closed. I believe they should lower their prices when they don't have the amenties available that they offer.

Property is an older BW. Hard to determine where the lobby entrance was due to ongoing construction. Need a sign that says "Lobby".
Not able to park close to front door for check-in. Appeared to be because of temporary construction.
I stayed in a kig suite with a jetted tub. The room was very large & comfotable.
Staff is very nice and accommodating, the rooms are very spacious and homey, they could use some updating but for the most part it was an excellent hotel to stay in and I will be back.
They were not ready for the 28 Lacrosse players that stayed there. Excellent kids but overwhelmed them
Old hotel which just had fresh paint and decorations. Doors and hallways are still beat up, just a fresh coat of paint. Door lock was broken, had to use the key to close it. Kind of a sketchy area. there is a restaurant next door where people just hang out under the shared covered driveway. Had random groups of people hanging out outside the hotel until all hours of the night. The staff was nice, and the room was clean, but I would not stay here again.
I was very disappointed. Our sheets weren't changed once my entire stay of 2 weeks. When the room was suppose to be cleaned, all that was done was beds made, trash emptied and new towels. Never refilled coffee maker
Staff was great. Would like to give a special shout out to the maintenance supervisor who fixed the one issue that we encountered. He was great.
I booked a non smoking room because my daughter has severe asthma. When we arrived, the hotel had us booked for a smoking room. I showed them my original receipt for the purchase which clearly stated NON SMOKING, and the hotel refused to give us another room. After contacting the hotel to speak with a manager for 3 weeks, the manager so conveniently was not available even though I called during the time they told me to. Awful experience in a stinky room.

This was my first stay at this chain in 10 years. I was skeptical when I selected it because the pictures were too good but i wasn't too disappointed. The facility was clean, the location was great because there are restaurants & stores close by & a few within walking distance. The staff was friendly & it was quiet. I was surprised to receive 2 bottles of complimentary water, from this chain. I would stay there again.
