The location was ideal, parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. Clean large rooms.

The hotel is great. Very clean, modern, awesome location. What is not so great is parking. There is no dedicated parking for hotel guests. You have to find an open spot in the municipal parking lot - which is usually packed, or park three blocks away and walk.

Great location, new, clean and great friendly service.

Very good We come again........ thx.............

Good thx we come back .................,,.,,,,,

Hotel was expensive for what you got. Rooms are not well insulated you could hear every noise. Was over charged on bill. Elevator was broken all weekend with 3 or 4 hockey teams in building. Parking lot was a city lot so watch out you will get a ticket

Lake access. Near the beach. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable, parking is not gaurnteed for hotel guests. So if there is an event then you are required to find and pay for your own parking. Overall a nice hotel but some service issues brought down the rateing.

Good location, walking distance to the shore and main part of town. Older hotel. Burlington is trying to improve its image to be closer to Niagara on the Lake. There is a lot of constructions around. It has potential. Will need good planning and tons of promotions

If you want to see beautiful Lake Ontario you need a waterside room above the third floor. If you stay on third floor and below you just see the trees or construction or roof top.Best view beach side sixth floor.

Nice hotel right next to beautiful Lake Ontario. The breakfast buffet is very good.

We loved this hotel. We stayed while bicycling from Toronto to Niagara Falls. It's right on the bike path. Wonderful pool. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. The rooms are well appointed and the view was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a very nice hotel All rooms are Water " sideview ", of a water front hotel. That's how it's designed. The location is amazing and very safe.

The Waterfront is in an excellent location and is probably the best option in the area. Rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly and efficient. However, whoever designed the refurbishment forgot that guests like somewhere to put their clothes away - there are zero drawers! - ,and also neglected to have room safes installed. Most of us do not want to trek all of our valuables, passports etc. with us all day!

Check in was slow while attendant took reservation calls. TV was not working well. The breakfast area was busy and disorderly.

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean and staff was extremely friendly and professional.
