We have visited Burlington for 8+ days each summer for the past 4 years. This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. During this stay we spent 10 nights. The best way to sum up this hotel is to call it "acceptable". The rooms are on the small side and are showing the signs of a needed update. Changed rooms half way into our stay because our room was on the 3rd floor next to the ice machine which made a loud clunking noise each time someone used the ice machine. Additionally, we could hear every step the people in the room above us made. Upon request the staff moved us to a 4th floor room. This room was in much better shape and much quieter than our original room, but still very cramped. We were in a room with two queen beds. With the two beds there was very little additional room about a 2 foot gap between the beds and less than that between the base of the bed and the room furniture. The wallpaper in both rooms was peeling from the wall. This was most likely the result of the high humidity levels that the air conditioning system produced. The room always felt damp. The hotel has a nice hot breakfast, the only issue is the breakfast room is very cramped and you find yourself bumping into and constantly waiting on other guests. To sum up, I would likely stay here again if only for 1 or 2 nights, but will not stay here for an extended stay again. I have stayed at a much nicer hotel in the Burlington for approximately the same price.

awesome shower convenient to highways, clean, nice staff and restaurant next door is good.

We had a good time in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The room was nice, clean, comfortable with no complaints. We stayed as a small group for our lids hockey tournament and had the staff with their iron boot down. My 12 yr old daughter was told not to drink juice in the lobby by the ever imposing, hawkish security guard and desk staff. Staff threatened my child to take away their mini hockey sticks if they used them in the hall. The pool is tiny and although there is a dry sauna you cannot use it without paying for it by the hour. There is one, small universal machine that constitutes their "fitness" center. Not a bad hotel if you plan to go straight to your room, go to bed, and leave in the AM. I think people in the hospitality business need to friend creative ways to say yes instead of a rigid no.

Room was neat and clean and quiet. Breakfast coffee machine was broken this stay -- in contrast to last time. Overall a good value for visiting Hamilton or Burlington. Just off QEW.

Great, clean and fully renovated hotel. I had 2 non-smoking rooms and they were super clean. I let my 2 year old walk bare feet :) Staff if super nice, especially Alex at front desk. Did not get to use the pool. I found nothing wrong with it (except maybe more vegetarian options for breakfast :).

I had a good night stayed here in Quality Hotel. The staff at the front desk were nice ;) Didn't have any problem with the room so far. And the breakfast is awesome, they have bacon, sausage, eggs, waffle, etc.
