There were bed bugs in the room. The staff from front desk was very helpful in getting me a refund for my stay, but there was nothing that could be done about the bugs and we couldn’t get a different room (not sure that would have helped tho)

Whenever I want to get away I always book at the knights it because I’m guaranteed to always get a good room that’s is at least half decent unfortunately when my children stayed there they had one of the employees just walk straight into there room no knocking nothing and was telling them to leave well when I received the phone call about what was going on I immediately called that employee so when I spoke with this gentleman he told me he thought the room was only rented for an hour so like any mothers I lost it and told him off and hung up so he called me back begging me not to tell his boss or he would fired so I said to him ok so here’s what’s going happen the next time I come I want a room for at least half the price or for free seeing as I stay all the time so far nothing so I’m now going to let the owners know that they have employees who rents there rooms out to hookers and that there employees actually go with the hookers into the rooms with them I have a video of him going into a room and not coming back out for 20 minutes plus him just walking into people’s room without knocking so I’ve tried to be nice with this one employee but he left me no choice other then that one guy everything is always fine I do like staying there and the owners are wonderful people but what there employees do behind the owners back is not right because the owners are nice people and do a good job at keeping that motel well kept I love staying there and the owners and staff are great

I would stay here again. Place is nothing special, but perfectly fine and I have no major complaints. Room was small, but adequate for me. I would recommend this property, particularly for the price.

We didn't even stay in the room. We got our money back because the room was extremely musty and smelly and we couldn't get the air conditioner to work

Terrible stay

The room was terrible. This is the worse room I've ever been to at à hotel.. the furniture are old, dirty and stained, at least they should have purchased some clean second hand items. Bathroom is horrible, even tiles were wobbly. That place is not habitable at all... please find somewhere to use your hard earned dollars... will never go there again.. it's better to be homeless for that period than to stay there. I hope the managed will look into that room and entire facility and make changes... wish i can give -5 (minus 5) star

This is a reasonably good cheap hotel. The room was enough for 1, the amenities limited (no coffee in room, just a microwave) ... could get the TV to work (but maybe that's me). If you 4 or 5 stars ... this won't be the place for you.

The property is located conveniently and is run well but is a little run down. Most of the rooms are great in terms of having a good bed, sofa bed, tv channels, comfortable chairs, couches direct access to your car and walking distance to many convenient stores and restaurants. I will always stay here when in the area because I like motel style hotels and don’t need the extras. It is a little run down and they are constantly making it better, it is clean as you can get it due to lack of renovations but it is not dirty and no bugs in the room within reason. All the people that work there are kind and seem like nice honest people.
