"Hotel view was beautiful and the room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet.
The room had a lot of things that needed to be fixed and our check in wasn't the greatest.
The room wasnt ready at check in time which was completely fine and were asked to wait about 5 minutes which we were okay with. We waited nearly 15 mins and asked again as we had to leave for a specific time.
(during the wait the employees were arguing it was a little uncomfortable)
We asked if our room was ready the agent had no idea and we continued to wait, we were going to ask to leave our items and have them put it in our room as we were running out of time but after alot of confusion they spoke to someone who I believe was a room attendant supervisor who said the room has been ready and they called it down but we weren't informed.
We would definitely stay again, the hotel is nice and the room suit our needs however im hoping the employees arent as argumentative with eachtoher as it was a bit awkward."
