Rooms were a little dated and bathroom door needed fixed. Could not understand tv as all settings were in German. When we arrived, the couple was not so friendly. The manager who came on for night shift was much friendlier and willing to help fix our problem. There was construction everywhere, so made it loud and dusty, not the hotels fault. I thought $19 for parking was a little much. Breakfast was standard except the banana's were all green. Not too bad overall, but would not stay there again.

The experience of lodging at this establishment was, in a word, exceptional. Its location in downtown Hamilton is supremely advantageous, offering immediate proximity to the core without the attendant congestion that would impede ingress and egress. The surrounding district conveyed a palpable sense of security and repose. ​The hotel's appointments were nothing short of superb. The aesthetic is remarkably pleasing, distinguishing it as one of the most handsomely designed hotels I have encountered. Throughout my stay, I observed an exemplary standard of cleanliness and meticulous maintenance. Furthermore, vehicle access was commendably straightforward, allowing for effortless transit. ​The breakfast offerings were a generous and high-quality culinary array, and the staff were uniformly cordial, attentive, and highly professional. While the parking tariff was somewhat elevated, I presume this reflects the prevailing rates for equivalent accommodations in the area, rendering it an accepted overhead. ​In sum, this is an establishment that merits the highest praise. I wholeheartedly assign it a perfect rating.

They allowed us an early arrival for a wedding we attended at 4 pm. It made a huge difference because we had a 3.5 hour drive to Hamilton

The AC kept me up and then they bought me a fan that was also loud. I didn't have a good rest although everything else was good. I paid a lot for a night and think the AC noise should have been fixed.

The room was clean and welcoming. The climate was comfortable. Parking was simple, and our front desk reception person, John, was very helpful and recommended an EXCELLENT restaurant for dinner. 5 stars all the way around. Definitely will recommend this hotel to others!

The room is wonderful, spacious and newly renovated. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hess Village is just a block away and has many options for dining. I wouldn’t go down there alone or at night, though. The area is a bit sketchy.

I had asked for early check in. Said they would try. I called a few days before and received email that said should be ready at 1 pm. I arrived 1:30 and told not until 3 ( which was when I needed to be at wedding). No access to parking. Directed to paid lot and all machines were broken. When I went back they said I could check in but extra charge for parking. Feel it should have been mentioned before, especially as I had asked. No shower caps. Disappointed. Bed was nice, good bedding. No direction about wifi. Decent hotel but not stellar
