A bit of a mixed bag. Check-in was tricky. There seem to be many rules on room assignment and VIP status was not recognized. After some sorting, getting toiletries, wi-fi access, and power in the room, everything was good. Was a concert night at the Coliseum and it seemed that the hotel restaurants were overwhelmed. We landed overflow seating, placed an order and our server disappeared. Great location.

In the middle of the night, about 3am, our smoke detector started beeping for a battery replacement. We called the front desk and was told there was no maintaine workers available. They offered to move us rooms, but at 3am and a cpap system needing to be moved out , it wasn't logical. It drove us crazy and we checked out first thing in the morning.
