Hakone alone have a great view so anywhere in the hotel have a great view, so no complaints here.

Very nice hotel and amenities in a beautiful area. Staff speaks minimal English, but was still very accommodating. Would suggest renting a car for Hakone, as it's a bit tedious to take the bus everywhere, even if it's easy and nearby.
