Place was very clean. I only stayed 1 night but the room was way better then expected and the property inside was nicely kept. The pool looked great didnt get a chance to get in. Its pet friendly. Left a lot of luggage in cars nothing got messed with. I.woukd stay here again no problem

Hilton standard met my expectancy.I was greeted by Brenda at the Sparks Hilton. She was professional and privided me all the information that I needed to make my stay enjoyable. She recommend places when i asked for the closest spa.. Overall my short stay was a wonderful experience. The place she recommended was also good.

Pleasant stay Basic hotel.

Very clean, comfortable bed quiet room. Basic room with small microwave and refrigerator. Could have added a coffee maker, but not a big deal for us. The pool was lovely. Nicely landscaped. Great staff. Nice breakfast. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Property is an old motel turned into a budget Hilton motel. It appears that 85% of the rooms have been renovated. The new furniture is well designed and makes great use of the space. Our room wasn't as clean as I'd like with dirty hard surfaces and carpet (why didn't they put in LPV on the bottom floors??? Bed was fine - but 100% polyester sheets. OLD Noisy air conditioner. Why didn't they put in new A/Cs? Thin ceilings and walls. Next time, I would probably pay a little more to stay at the Spanish style inn nearby.

Check in with Brenda was pleasant. She was very warm, professional and inviting. Everything was great except the person above me. There were alot of fire fighters staying overnight. You can hear the person above me walking back and forth and the volume from the television could be heard for a few hours in the evening between 8:20am -10:30pm. I went to dinner and returned at this time. I requested to change room but this was not an option unfortunately. However, I asked Jorge, the staff member to speak to the guest about the noise. Jorge was accommodating, professional and quick to reply. I would not recommend staying on the 1st floor. The room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable and amenities were nice. Wifi is not secured. There is a small fridge and a microwave available. In addition, Los Banos is only a 12 min drive with more choice of restaurants. Check out time of 12pm is perfect. I would stay here again but on the 2nd floor.
