In addition, it is right next to Hospital Innovaré and very close to shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, and main roads, making it an ideal location for those seeking convenience and excellent mobility within Zapopan and Guadalajara.

The building is located in an area with excellent connectivity. Public transportation is available nearby, and apps like Uber or Didi are a convenient option for getting around the city. The Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) is approximately 30 minutes away, depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning will be scheduled to maintain optimal hygiene and comfort during your stay.

Cleaning service cost: $550 MXN per session.

Includes: towel change, trash removal, and general cleaning of bathroom and floors.

The day and time of the service can be coordinated in advance with our staff.
