Comfortable but Cleanliness Concerns

We checked in fairly late, and the front entrance was locked, requiring either a room key or staff to buzz us in. The gentleman at the desk only provided the essentials on a need-to-know basis, which made the process feel a bit minimal. Our room featured a comfortable, secure bed, which was a definite plus. However, the shower was not clean and had noticeable body hair left behind, which was disappointing. The restroom had a stylish barn-style sliding door, though it didn’t offer much privacy. The hotel does have a pool, hot tub, gym, and complimentary breakfast, but unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use these amenities during our stay. Overall, it was a mixed experience—comfortable in some areas but lacking in cleanliness and privacy.

I was very satisfied with the room and free breakfast. The pool area was enjoyable but all the deck chairs were broken. The toilet in our room was loose and wobbly. Otherwise, no complaints.

Not very clean

Staff gave me the wrong room at check in. Not sure how she had my name wrong as I gave her my license. Argued with me about which type of room I had a reservation for. Ended up mixing up my room with another guest. Floor was filthy, socks were black from walking on them. Hairs in the tub and bathroom, overall did not seem clean. Bed uncomfortable. Check in staff made racist comment about waitstaff potentially stealing ice packs.

The room was clean, however the walls were very thin and hall and adjacent room noise was a negative. The pool area was completely full of people not staying at the hotel. Also, if there would have been room in pool, we probably wouldn’t have used it due to the high amount of chlorine. The fumes were noxious.

The gym had lots of bath towels but no disinfecting spray or paper towels to clean the equipment, especially the load of visible dried sweat on the right treadmill. The left treadmill was not working properly and would randomly stop mid-running which is dangerous. The gym equipment is not maintained and there are parts broken on several items. In our room the bed skirt had a stain on it…. Pretty much no veggie options for breakfast, only Quaker oatmeal which is a hard pass for me. There was apple and orange as well as fountain juices. Overall the location was near to our family event, so that’s why we chose this spot. Likely to check other options next time.

Beautiful place bad experience

I really don’t like to complain but the first day there was terrible especially with the shower flooding the whole floor the water pressure was terrible and it took forever for the water to even get warm never did get hot though out our stay and our room was on the fourth floor which I told them that I had a hard time with my legs and back walking a long distance so we were all the way at the end on the fourth floor in room 436 so when I got to the elevator I was out of breath and my legs and back was hurting also the first morning at breakfast it was terrible food but the rest of the time it was pretty good especially the gentleman that was supplying the food he kept everything supplied and tables cleaned off his name might have been Erwin but I am not very good remembering names. Also one of the maids on the second day on our floor was also a very good worker she was working so hard that the sweat was rolling down her face I wish I got her name because I really wanted to give her a bigger tip she really did deserve it. The other maids really do need to put there carts to one side or the other instead of parking it it the middle of hall.
