When I made the reservation, I called the location, and they stated the Hot Tub was working, and DIDN'T mentioned the renovation, which pulled all the couchs out of the King bed rooms. They did, find us a room with a couch so that was ok, but i will not be using HAMPTON chain anymore.

Breakfast was good, great service. Our TV didn't work (football playoffs) and waited over two hours for the maintenance to come, never arrived . Finally, a new front desk worker moved us to a new room. They are working on refreshing the rooms with new sofas.

Overall, my day was great. I was happy that the hotel gave the opportunity to have a Jacuzzi in the room. I actually loved it what I did not like is the trash that was left in the hallways. I feel like that should not be anywhere for customers to see.
