I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when they check-out.

The Sheets Were Off!

the laundry setup was there and costs $4.50 per wash and $4.50 per dry. I didn't use the laundry facility. Regarding staff friendliness, on a scale of 1 to 10. I would rate them a 31/2 to 4. I was handed a single face towel after checking in. The clerk told me they were out of towels and in case my room didn't have any. Four my seven day stay. I ask but did not receive any fresh sheets or towels.

Don’t stay here

I checked in and the guy at the desk was nice. But you have to buy pots and pans. The toilet wasn’t working and roaches came out of the light socket next to the bed

The room was nice and clean however the TV did not work or connect and even after calling the office it was never fixed. There was a very loud party outside until well after 4am the night we stayed with yelling and loud music so it was difficult to sleep with nothing to even drown out the noise.

All-around Unacceptable

They allowed a gender reveal party to be held in the parking lot that went on until nearly 2:30am with music loud enough to be heard throughout the entire hotel. There was blood on the wall and floor of the elevator. Sink in the room leaked. TV did not work. Recommend you about at all costs

it is by far the best hotel experience my mom and i have ever had we were treated very nicely and very professional. when we got to our room it was extremely clean and very comfortable for us both. a hundred percent gonna be going there more often.

Not great!

Floors were not mopped, no actual hand towels (we were given wash clothes for hand towels. No ironing board or iron. No breakfast of anykind. Staff at check in leaves at ten and arrive the next morning at ten. We would not recommend this place if you prefer cleanliness. The only plus was the staff was very friendly....

The room was very clean except there was a credit/debit card glued to the side of the tub. My room was not available at check in or 4.5 hrs later. I did get an upgrade, though. No staff available for an early morning check out.. window was closed.
