There were not sheets in my bed the first night. When I went to the desk to inquire, the lights were off and there was not an employee to be found. The next day, I explained I did not have sheets and the desk personnel handed me a sheet and told me to make the bed myself. My bathroom towels were also left on the floor in a pile and never replaced. I ended up having to use my new sheet as a towel as nothing else was dry. These problems were in addition to the the musty smell of my room. Must have been due to the horrible housekeeping.

Lots of people smoking in their rooms...can smell it as a non smoker. But staff was kind and I slept well.

i found this hotel at last and they have available rooms, everything clean.. Was the best weekend

it was good and it went well and the rooms were cleaned and good

Our one night stay was not worth the money spent. There are other hotels in the same area, I would recommend checking with them first. The lobby had a musky odor - the first sign. The room was clean, but it lacked kitchen utensils (wasn't notified that I had to request them), but also was missing drinking cups, coffee maker, and ice bucket - normal things found in a hotel room. The Grab-n-Go breakfast was not worth the effort to walk downstairs for - it was a tray of muffins. Do not recommend booking your stay here.

Hotel was ok. Fairly close drive to sworn town. It was cheap

Great rate and quality will stay again. It was my second time staying. Even better than the first

Other than a little noisy, it was a great stay for rate! Will use again.

Perfect for the price. Clean and decent size room. Had a good sized fridge and decent kitchen area. Wifi was easy to work. Definitely recommend

Had the unusual circumstance to have to arrive in the middle of the night to get a couple of hours of sleep. It took 30 minutes to get somebody to give me a key to get into my room. That 30 minutes of sleep was sorely missed! This hotel looked dated, bare-bones, but clean. Pretty good location.

it was very good, but the bed was way hard,,hurt our hips.

Check in was quick and the desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean and quiet during my stay. For the price it was a fine experience. The location is close to shopping and dining options. I would stay here again.

It was my first experience staying in a hotel on my own and it was great! The staff were friendly and everything was great. I would recommend this to anyone.

Wasn't the best...wasn't the worst experience I have had in overnight travels...simply ordinary.

I arrived in Kentwood, MI and was greeted by the friendly staff. The room was very clean but very warm. The air conditioning unit did not work correctly and would come on when it decided to for a few minutes. I did actually get cold at one point in the 4 nights/5 days that I stayed. The staff responded to every request providing complimentary pillows and towels at the time I requested them with no muss and fuss and always were willing to provide their suggestions for good places to eat in the local area. The vending machines are priced outrageously high though. I have never paid $2.00 for a 20 ounce soda or water. Nor $1.50 - 1.75 for a regular sized candy bar outside of a movie theatre. The rooms were comfortable. If my air conditioning was actually able to be repaired, and they did send a maintenance man up on the 3rd day of my stay since I requested it be serviced after they had gone home on my second night of staying there. The bed was not comfortable and if I had actually asked for room service, I am assuming that I could have gotten it sometime in the middle of my stay. The water pressure in the shower was good but I definitely recommend you bring your own hygiene products (i.e. shampoo, soap, etc.) because what they are able to provide just didn't really give you the feeling of being refreshed. When I go back to Grand Rapids/Kentwood, Michigan for an extended stay, I do not believe this would be my first choice. If you are seeking bare necessities and are on a modest budget, just remember you get what you pay for.The walls/floors are very thin as well. You hear and feel the doors of others around you closing even on the floor above and below. But again, the staff was very friendly, courteous, and attempted to resolve every issue I had. But when it came down to it, I opted to leave a day early from my reservation. [...] the overal comfort level was not what I had hoped and/or anticipated or believe was reasonably expected by a place providing extended stays to what I had hoped were for corporate type. I believe some people actually live there for various reasons. They do provide coffee for one night. After that refills are in the vending machine for about $2.00 a 2 cup pot.Thank you to the staff but I will not be returning.

Hotel was clean staff was very nice, completely satisfied!

Attended a friends 50th birthday party. A hair dryer and shampoo. Great place for the price

The room was dirty, not vacuumed and very beat up. Bad stains on carpet made me want to keep my shoes on. It was pretty quiet and near shopping, restaurants and main thoroughfares. Worst place I've stayed in the Grand rapids area which is usually a great value and pleasant surprise. This place was a disappointment.

Was there for business. Room was adequate and close to my job site.

Sleep. Yes, more channels, and room service close.
