Embassy Suites Flagstaff

One of Flagstaff's better hotels. Great staff & breakfast! Clean & fit our needs, 2 adults & 3 kids. Room needed deep cleaning. TV's had snow.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites quite a few times, while visiting my daughter at college. I arrived at 1:00 and was told that rooms wouldn't be ready until 4:00. I said I would go to the jacuzzi to wait. I actually was able to go into the room at 2:00. I really like that the rooms are 2 separate rooms. Only issue I had was that I couldn't get bedroom cool enough, even after setting thermostat at 63. Breakfast and happy hour are great there with lots of friendly staff. The jacuzzi wasn't clean, dirt on the bottom, but perhaps it had been really windy from the day before and since area has dirt and plants surrounding it, it may have just Happened before a chance to clean. Also, jacuzzi jets didn't work.

The hotel is located in a central location of Flagstaff. Close to many restaurants and the university. We thoroughly enjoyed the free breakfast and hospitality. The rooms are slightly outdated and could use a renovation soon. Everything was clean and we had a fine stay.

We visited in the winter and the heater never worked. Called maintenance but they never fixed it. I thought the hotel was newer based on the pictures, but it is an older hotel that was renamed an Embassy Suites.

Handicap shower flooded the bathroom and mad a mess

Family trip from Phoenix. We did the Polar Express in Williams. There were several things we enjoyed about the hotel. The employees, location, snack bar, breakfast.... But I wish they would update/ remodel. The room we stayed in had two double beds, wish they were queens. I believe it was mold that we saw on the ceiling. The comforter on one of the beds smelled like urine. I wish they would place trash bags in there wastebaskets. This hotel has potential to receive a five star review if extra attention is focused on cleanliness and updated furniture.

its a nice hotel. But it's a small room for a family of 5. It would be nice for a family of 3 or less. Hotel has good staff and very nice housekeepers.

Awesome hotel, had no problems love the breakfast and room also the personnel working that were vey nice:)

Large quiet suite with comfortable beds. Nice to have a LR and bedroom. Great breakfast, Happy Hour and attentive, friendly staff. Staff member gave recommendations to restaurants within walking distance. Wi-fi cost but I was able to use my cellular devices. Older hotel that could use some updating. Pool and spa on the small side. Rate seemed a little high but it was peak season.

Upon checking in the staff informed us of their complimentary happy hour every evening from 5-8 what a sweet deal. If that wasn't enough we had the good fortune of a breakfast buffet including an omelette station ... everything from scrambed eggs sausage, hashbrowns, pancakes, fresh fruit & bagels or toast. The staff was friendly & helpful. Great deal and what a super value for the money.

Great breakfast and happy hour, great location Free drinks a plus

This embassy was very average. The evening reception was not up to par for other embassy suites I've stayed at. The food was VERY scarce. The drinks were out of dirty bar glasses and gross. The morning breakfast was okay.

From the first step through the door, everyone was very friendly and we received excellent service!! Amy, the General Manager, the front desk ladies and the restaurant and bar staff were exceptional. We felt very well taken care of. Will return:)

Stayed here following a 3 day hike in the Grand Canyon. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and inviting. Complimentary breakfast was more than I ever anticipated. Great personal service. I would choose Embassy Suites again: good value for the price.

The hotel had a terrific breakfast included with a short order chef. Nice Courtyard. Close to Amtrak station. The kids loved it.

The hotel was actually very good, but we unfortunately landed up with a smoking room. We had requested a non-smoking room but since the hotel was full we could not change. Not sure where the mixup happened - during booking with [...]or [...]booking with the hotel.

Hotel was very comfortable, clean and the breakfast and evening drinks was a nice bonus. We will come back again.

Staff at Embassy Suites was especially gracious and helpful at all times. They are youthful, but poised and professional. From the front desk to the Manager's Reception to the cooked-to-order breakfast they were unflailing solid. Location is close to downtown without being RIGHT downtown next to the Santa Fe Rwy (now BNSF). The 100 trains a day are too close to almost every other hotel/motel/lodge in Flagstaff save the Embassy Suites. I LOVE trains, but want to be a bit away for sleeping. The EB has updated with flatscreens throughout the hotel, although the image did not appear to be HD quality. Still it was fine. Rooms have refrigerators as well as a wet bar-SOP for most Embassy Suites. One of the nicest touches was the front desk asked for my HiltonHonors information so I could rack up points. [...].Lots of Europeans here and a very cosmopolitan atmosphere for a small town. Easy treks to Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Walnut Canyon, and even Sedona from this location. Very ideal.

The hotel's complimentary made to order breakfasts were terrific in terms of choice and service, and the dining area was able to handle all the visitors comfortably. The complimentary manager's cocktail hour was also appreciated. The suites offer room to stretch out and enjoy the stay. The outdoor pool is located in the hotel's courtyard, therefore it is very secluded, quiet, and private, surrounded by Ponderosa Pines. The location is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants of Flagstaff's Old Town (downtown), or a very quick drive. All in all, we were very pleased with the hotel and its services.

Came to Flagstaff to move our daughter out of NAU dorms for the summer and loved this hotel for the great price. Breakfast was like ordering it from a real restaurant. Loved the Happy Hour mixed drinks. Nice way to relax!
