We have stayed here off and on for the past 15 years, but over the years it has started showing some wear and could use some updating. Rooms are clean and staff are pleasant. Access to get out to main road is great.

Hot water did not work the entirety of our stay, talked to other guests who had their rooms moved with no change. Had to fight to get fresh towels. Pool/breakfast bar was closed (they offered coffee/grits)

Price, location in town, safty. Covid issue's were addressed

The staff one was nice and one kept an attitude and then they had to move my room because they had no hot water something was wrong with the pools so they was shut down and got to a new room and the hot water ran out and when I said something again they knew they didnt have hot water. I also didnt get clean towels for 2 days the family vacation was fun but our stay at the hotel was horrible definitely dont recommend.

I would have loved it if the indoor pool was open! Other hotels have theirs heated and open.

Only a bath mat in room no towels. I had to call twice to have them delivered. Terribly noisy all night long. One afternoon water was shut off for 3 hours (not sure how long because I ended up requesting check out) I couldn’t shower and had to cancel plans.

Checked in on Sunday and computers were down. After sitting in car for some time watching them refund money to quests things came back on line. Pool was open but so murky Quests were calling Health Department for condition. Lazy River, Pool and Jazzui was not heated. Bath Tub backed up when you took shower to 4 inches deep and slow to drain. Then on last full day we went o afternoon show and got back to take shower and relax for Dinner show and water was cut off for entire building. Before leaving complained to Desk Clerk and she took note and said Manage would call. Still waiting on that call.

Property is gross, bed bugs, pool not in service , ceiling tiles falling , rude staff

We have stayed at Park Tower Inn numerous times and we are never disappointed. It's always clean and neat, with courteous service.

Location good to access strip but across the street facing the parkway were some very sketchy apartments. Loved the 5th floor view facing the strip. There was no breakfast due to coved 19. I did not check out pool area.

Property was ok. Good location. Fairly clean. Needs updated. Staff was not very friendly and I don’t expect much. No towels for guests. A lobby full of guests were told that they did not have enough towels and it would be morning before we could have any. I’m not hard to please at all but I won’t be staying here again. I’ve stayed a lot of places in pigeon forge and this ones a thumbs down.

Game room and pools r great clean rooms ...did have to get towels though

They had bed bugs front desk did not seem surprised.

It was situated in a good place within Pigeon Forge.
