House was clean and as advertised. Close to downtown but up the hill enough to have a great view from a beautiful deck. Everything went smooth a they made check in and check out very easy and smooth. And had a couple different bear sightings/encounters! !

Beautiful location!

We stayed in November and the mountains were beautiful! Beautiful location! The layout was great and plenty of room for our large party. Would absolutely stay here again.

We have 5 kids and finding an affordable and spacious place is always a challenge. This place was everything we needed and more. The playroom was great, the hot tub was enjoyable. There was enough space for everyone. It was also very quiet and had everything we needed to make meals.

Great Stay

Awesome place to stay and great deal. Fit our group of 12 just perfectly. Plenty of parking was also a perk; had several vehicles. Will definitely rent this property again, assuming we have a large group like we did this trip. Thanks again!

Great Fall Vacation

We had a great stay at this property/cabin! It looks so much better in person, pictures online do not do it justice. We had nice fall weather and the hot tub at night was awesome. There was plenty of room to hangout and all spread out to have space. Would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

Being from the plains we really weren’t ready for the narrow roads and steep incline. We all had suburbans.Hot tub fine.Could not find the remote control in bedroom.Really would suggest hand soap pumps at least in kitchen.I was concerned about 1 towel per person but we were there only two nights. It would be better to have a few more especially as people have long hair. A beautiful home . The kitchen was well-equipped. And the bathrooms were beautiful.FYI:Upstairs fireplace did not work The outlets in the backsplash didn’t work.We fixed the wobbly pig with wings lamp in the living room.Might check candlabra on porch.Thank you.

Air conditioner broke

Air quit working on Monday and wasn’t fixed till Wednesday. We spent 2 uncomfortable nights. Ice maker was broken. Cabin was nice

Great Cabin!

The cabin was beautiful, very clean and nicely decorated. We had a group of bears wonder very close to the windows and decks! The game room was stocked with books and board games and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Would definitely rent again. My only complaint was with the drive up to the cabin. The road was very narrow with hairpin curves and no guard rails. Do not recommend arriving after dark or during inclement weather.

The cabin was nice but there were a lot of things that were broken or just didnt work. Some of the doors wouldnt shut, the fan amd lights wouldnt work, etc. Just small stuff, but a lot of it. It was concerning to have to tell them everything that broke in case we would be charged for it, but it felt like everything was broken.

Beautiful home in the perfect mountain spot

Home is as advertised and the location couldn't be better. It is high up in the mountains and provides beautiful views of surrounding areas. It is 10 minutes away from Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Only negatives included cleanliness of home (Dining table was sticky and there was lots of dust on everything) and there were hardly any amenities provided (no soap, shampoo, toilet paper). There was only 2 very small bars of soap in one of the 3 bathrooms, 2 rolls of TP and no shampoo. We stayed in off season so it may have not had regular deep cleanings prior to our arrival. But overall was a great stay in a great area in a great cabin. Would stay again (just come prepared with more of my own stuff).

Staycation

The location was nice, might be difficult for people who don’t live in Tennessee due to sharp turns on narrow roads. The overall rating of the cleanliness of the house would be a three or four, floors were a little dirty, patio was dirty, the porch next to the master bedroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. AC took a little while to get cold. Overall rating would be fair.

Great family vacation home!

Be prepared for an amazing drive up the mountain to get to this cabin! The views are amazing. The Ober Gatlinburg tram travels a few hundred feet away from the cabin. The cabin was well stocked with everything a family could need. As personal hot tub owners, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the tub. It was a great way to relax. The cabin slept 9 with ease. This cabin will be one we rent again!!

Chalet awesome, drive scary

Chalet Luzerne is beautifully decorated, wonderfully set up, very clean and comfortable. But first time drive should be done during daylight hours. It is mountainous and not for persons who are frightened by narrow roads.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
