When we were arrived (Friday) there was a large bag full of trash sitting next to the completely full trash can in the hall of the 3rd floor outside of the elevator. The trash was still there until after 1pm on Saturday. There was then a strong smell of cleaning soap or some other product that resulted in me having a headache during the whole stay. We even opened the window try and air it out, but it was still there. We tried to see if there was a air freshener devise somewhere in the room, but did not see one. There breakfast consists of dry cereal and wrapped pastries. Which should be listed as a to-go breakfast and not continental. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location again.

The hotel is in a good location to downtown G-burg; the suite was good for spreading out comfortably. However, I have to say overall everything was in a shabby condition. For example, stained carpet, baseboards pulling away, and ceiling tiles hanging askew in the garage area. Also, the toilet was much too low and the bed not very comfortable. This wasn’t our first time staying here, but it will be our last.

The girl at the front desk when we arrived around 1pm on 1/3/26 was very rude and probably needs to find a new Job because her customer service skills SUCK!!! I’ve stayed here a few times over the past few years and the customer service at the front desk is the only trouble I’ve ever had. No it’s not a five star hotel but it’s very convenient to the main strip in Gatlinburg. The price is fair for what it is but like I said the customer service at the front desk SUCKS!!

We were good with everything but house keeping. They put dirty towels on the racks instead of giving clean ones. I know for a fact it was dirty because I spilt milk and the towel was on the floor they literally picked it up and hung it in the bathroom. That is disgusting

The blow dryer in the room was melted and didn't work. I had to go buy one from Walgreens to use, as hotel staff gave me another that hangs on the wall and I wasn't hanging it myself and it would try to fall on the floor during use. The bedding seemed unclean. The bathroom floor looked pretty old and cracked. The television was garbled and distorted, the screen had some sort of issue as well so I couldn't really hear the shows playing. The only thing good about the hotel during my stay was it was pretty quiet. But, it was also convenient to get to the convention center as well - directly across the street.

The hotel is in a great location. It was nice to see the hotel had been painted since our last visit. Disappointed that the bathroom faucet was not attached, tile was broken on the bathroom floor. Glad I brought slippers to wear in the room as the carpets were filthy.
