Great location and owner was super attentive to needs. He checked in whenever he saw us.

The property was in walking distance to downtown. Rooms are very outdated.

Quiet

The tv was a bit frustrating to use. I didn’t see any directions for it. It’s a smartTV, but you couldn’t use those features- like Netflix- and it was difficult to get it out of the loop of it trying to do a SmartCast. Once I did get it figured out, it was fine. May have only been in our room for this type of TV though. Housekeeping was great for us and very helpful. This is the third year in a row I have been there for July 4th weekend and I like that it’s quiet and sort of off the beaten path but still close enough to walk to everything along the strip and save us the hassle of noise and trying to drive to things unless we were going to Pigeon Forge or other places that we needed to drive.

I had to leave in the middle of the night do to a bed bugs infestation. Me and my son were bitten. I took pictures and video of the bugs. I have several big bites on my hand and arms. I called the after hours number and spoke to someone and they said they were going to refund my money. They were going to be “taking care “ of the bug infestation.

Good location and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

We could leave car at hotel and walk to strip and a beautiful view

It was disgusting there was cockroaches in our room after exploring for the day we came back and seen cockroaches so at 8 at night we ended up having to find a new hotel to go to! Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Location a plus, older property needs some upkeep, front desk clerk was not very friendly, for the price it was okay

Property is walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg attractions. The rooms were cleaned everyday along with replacing towels without having to ask. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We were late for check in due to not taking the time change into account and the front desk staff were very accommodating. Made for a stress free vacation.

Great location, great price, clean, friendly staff!! Not an updated hotel but worth the money... they just need to fix minor things...toilet kept running...very slow drain in the tub

It nice motel would stay there again great location and walking distance to the town

Pros: This place is within a couple of blocks/walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip, only a 15-20 minute drive to the national park, the beds are clean, there's a pool (which I didn't use but saw plenty of people using), the AC was ice cold, it had a decent little mini fridge and microwave, it smelled pleasantly of cleaning supplies, and it's a good price point. Cons: this hotel is very run down and in need of repair. The lamp shades were all broken, the towel rack was torn off the bathroom wall, there were scratch marks on the bathroom door, the walls were so thin I was woken up every night by a baby crying in the next room, the bed was really firm, the room was really damp, the ac unit was really loud and the carpet felt very unclean/sticky. So just know what you're getting into and make sure what you need in a hotel aligns with what this hotel offers. I was just in the area to hike the national park and take some pictures. I had considered staying at a hostel or airbnb but really wanted a private bathroom, a secure space and somewhere I knew I could charge my electronics. This hotel delivered what I was looking for so I would consider staying here again. As far as recommendations go I can only recommend knowing what you're getting into before you book.

No shower curtain in the bathroom. Blow dryer caught on fire. Was very clean though and in a great location. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem to want to be there and was marginally nice at best. But for the price and location i would rate it 4/5.

I loved the location for sure! Away from the main strip yet so close! And a back road in so you dont have to be in the traffic the entire time!

Nice clean hotel excellent location excellent price

The room was clean..the location is older but real close to a lot of the attractions..many within walking distance. The employees were very nice and friendly.

Good place to stay if you do not want to pay for breakfast you won't eat. Reasonable priced for quality of facility. Close to main strip for walking.

Good experience downtown was busy but enjoyed going up in the mountains.

What room were you in? We do have a pest control company and spray regularly, however, since you are in the wooded area, they sometimes get in. Please let us know which room so we can follow up and make sure it gets sprayed really well.
