Easy to find, nice staff, clean but older room. Decent hot breakfast, except ice not available. Easy, close parking.

This motel was better than some hotels I stood in during this same multi trip.

My family and I have stayed at this location a few times for quick trips to the Dubuque/Galena Area. It is easy to get to and the staff was friendly and accomadating. It is a good value for sure! Recently updated rooms also are nice too!

Just wanted an inexpensive place to stay for a few days. It was just that. I was clean and adequate.

It was one of the cheaper options in the area, but I expected more. The staff at the front desk was callous and looked like she'd rather be anywhere but there. Despite being a non smoking room my room had a strong smoke odor. The air conditioning did not have a setting to shut off when it reached a cool temperature so I froze overnight. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work at all.

Contacted Orbita to make reservation shortly before we got there and the desk had all the info when we arrived. For a quick over night stay it worked well.

Nothing fancy about the hotel but a good place to just crash for a night or two when you've got lots to do in town.

was perfect for one night! nothing fancy at all but did the job coming from Oklahoma to go to a wedding.

The hotel was a good value for the cost. It was inexpensive, but it was clean and comfortable. My main complaint was the provided breakfast, which was cereal and biscuits and gravy with neither fruit nor yogurt when I checked. Overall, I would stay there again if I needed an inexpensive place to stay.

They switched us from King size bed to queen size because of availability of handicap access. Room VERY small, bed was high and very hard. Had trouble adjusting the thermostat and ended up very hot. Room was clean. No extras, 2 washcloths & 1 hand towel. Breakfast was donuts, coffee, & cereal.

Nice for the price. Good location. Close to center Dubuque

I'm not looking for luxury, but I AM interested in a clean room, a good shower, a comfortable night's sleep, and an affordable price. Got all of those, plus helpful staff. Location could not have been more convenient and was easily accessible. Several restaurants close by, as well as very near the two meeting sites we went to. For the two of us, the overnight stay was just fine.

Nice place, quite and clean. Great breakfast! Price was right

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Room was clean, had all basic amenities. Located not too far from some basic food places. Great for the price.

Reserved a non-smoking room that had clearly smelled like it had been smoked in multiple times.

This is an older hotel, but was ok for the price. The beds were well slept on and the rooms showed their age, dispite the fresh coat of paint. The older lady that was there on our check out day was a little cranky, but the rest of the crew were very helpful and nice. Would stay again just for the price.

The room was dirty , even has garbage in the bathroom also NO TOWELS, look like somebodyelse was using that room,, :( we told that guy and instead of give us another room, he just took the garbage out, the sheets even look used,

Was first given a smoking room when I had reserved non-smoking. But a trip back to the front desk corrected that without a hassle. The room was nothing spectacular, but was up to the task of a single night stay of less than 12 hours. Room-unit A/C cooled the room off nicely and also worked as a white-noise machine to drown out any noise that might have happened in the hallway. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay but ok for one night.

Weird that breakfast bar is wedged into lobby. Great location for seeing sites in Dubuqe, close to downtown and a good Mexican restaurant 20 ft across the parking lot. If going to Dubuque for the sites and not for a fancy place to put your bags this is it. $90 for 3 days.

Close to where we needed to be. Bathroom and room were both clean. It was good to have both a frig and microwave in the room. Staff was open with their views on things and gave us something to talk and laugh about. We would definitely stay here again.
