So its undergoing a remodel ... is kinda scruffy ... and on the ground level of terminal 4 ...rooms have no windows. Great and convenient if all you want is a bed and a shower ... but we couldn't deal with the claustrophobic vibe of the place ... college dorm meets madrid airport, so we bounced to the Marriott and cheaper and way nicer.

If you know what you’re getting-it’s actually perfect. I had an 8-hour transit that turned into a 6-hours due to a delayed flight. The person at the reception desk was super nice about it despite my late arrival after midnight . The location was perfect for me. But you should know that: (1) the room does not have windows since it’s on the B1 floor and will feel like a prison cell—don’t ask me how I know what a prison cell looks like, (2) the synthetic cold floor doesn’t help—they should buy some rugs, and finally bring your own shampoo, body wash and lotions—theirs will certainly disappoint you.

The hotel is inside Madrid airport Terminal 4. The room was very clean and is ideal for taking flights early in the morning. We highly recommend.

This was an easy access room -- convenient and clean. Just a bit more expensive than I think the room deserved or for the amount of time that I needed it. Really appreciated the bottle of water when I checked in.
