Great space for our trip!

Loved this quiet and spacious property! With a yummy donut place across the street and lots of outside space, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Hosts were very responsive, even with a question we had late in the evening. Safe and quiet, but close to activities and dining.

An Oasis of comfort

Our family stopped here for our first night back from an off the grid houseboat trip and could not have been more pleased. The decor, the appointments, the laundry, the proximity to great food… I hope the kids go to U of F so we can stay here again ;)

My son and his friends were attending a sports camp at UF. I booked this place so we could come in the night before and I could have a place to work on Monday after I dropped them off at camp. Beautiful home - nicely decorated, very comfortable, and had small touches that were greatly appreciated. Very close to campus. It took me about 7 min to drive to the O’Connel center. The surrounding area looks a little old, but that would not deter me from staying here again. I think that’s what comes with any college town. I saw families outside walking, the neighbors were nice, not a lot of traffic, etc.

Great stay!

My wife and I brought some of our friends up to Gainesville for the weekend for a baseball and basketball game. We both went to school at UF and wanted to give them the "Gainesville tour". We rented one building top and bottom and had an amazing experience! The location is priceless right near downtown and the place was great. It had everything you needed and the place fit right in with Gainesville. The front porch was the best to sit and enjoy the weather and have some drinks before we went to the games. We will be coming back for sure! We are most likely going to make this trip yearly and we will be staying at this place whenever we visit!

A Wonderful Place to stay during a tough time

We recently visited Gainesville, Fl after a death in the family. After spending a little bit too much time in our deceased love ones home we found ourselves looking for an excellent place to stay which we found in the Lotus Suite. Clean, plush, modern, comfortable. Elliott and Amber were great to work with and were able to accommodate changes to our reservation.
