Loud traffic noise from I-75 coffee and granola bar hardly a breakfast...no housekeeping in my 4 day stay

Had ants in our first room, then got moved to another room with constant banging overhead all night. Tried to call the front desk, but phone in room did not work.

I stayed in this hotel because other hotels were super-expensive during graduation. This was a little less than some of them, and boy did that show. First off, don't believe them about breakfast being included unless you consider stuff you could have brought from home and kept in your car to be breakfast. Granola bars, envelopes of oatmeal, muffins in a bag. Also, the hotel rooms go right up to the front desk. I was the lucky person who got that room and was awakened by a guy yelling at someone on his cell phone because, presumably, he mistook the area outside my room for the lobby. Third, I'm always wary about hotels that leave the plunger visible under the counter. Sure enough, I needed to use it. At least it was there.

It's clearly not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but for a low budget option, i would definitely recommend.

Room was updated. However upon check-in, we noticed that the room was not sufficiently serviced and fixtures were damaged, i.e. - surfaces were not cleaned, kitchen counter laminate was peeling, layers of dust on light fixtures, light fixture coming off of wall, and used towel hanging from bathroom door (ick!). The room faced an outdoor walkway and the door did not have weather stripping leaving a significant 1/2 - 1 inch gap for the elements and any critters to come in. We reported all this to the hotel staff who were very understanding. The hotel manager was very professional to give us a refund for the remainder of our scheduled stay.

Good value for the money. Spartan but pleasant . Be sure to request items you need from the desk.

Guy at the front desk helped me get a nonsmoking room before I knew I needed one. He was very thorough. Hope he moves up. Room was great. Toilet ran loudly intermittently but I shut the water off and then turned it back on in the morning. There were some guests that decided to have an all out screaming match with slammed doors, etc. but that's not the hotel's fault.

Was staying there because of my daughters graduation from University of Florida. Have stayed there several times over the past few years and would stay there again. Close to everything. Staff was very helpful.

It's in a good location. It's affordable. I wouldn't advise traveling alone after dark.

Sufficient room, comfortable bed and working AC which really make all the difference. No frills, other than the small kitchen with range and full size fridge as advertised. Not any cleaner or neater or better constructed than an average motel, but, that was not a problem.

I needed something quick and this was it. Would use it again.

Booked a Non-Smoking room 3 weeks prior to my check in date. On my arrival I was placed in a smoking room. Staff not very helpful, would never stay at this location again. It was 2 nights of discomfort

I have stayed at this Extended Stay several times. I am a graduate student at the University of Florida, and when I come up for class, nine times out of ten I stay here. It is usually one of the cheapest options; however, it is always very clean, very safe, and very comfortable. The staff is always welcoming and helpful as well. The location is great for quick access to the University of Florida as well as the interstate and EVERYTHING on Archer.

Nothing special, the room was clean, there was a kitchenette which would be great for those that need it. Where are the ice machines? Soda machines? It was great to just have a cheap place to stay over, no frills.

It wasn't anything special but decent for a last minute stay

The size of the room was nice and the staff was friendly. The pictures shown for the Gainesville location aren't that of the actual hotel. The light by the entrance would not come on but once I told the front desk it was fixed immediately. Unfortunately we found a pair of underwear behind the dresser as we using the outlet. I'm not so sure I'd stay there again.

Great price! Close to everything! Very clean room.

I think It would be more enjoyable if the rooms had newer carpets, these are rather worn out and dirty looking. as is the chair.... the bathrooms need better fixtures..... over all i think the hotel needs a good over haul and paint job.... ...the office staff are extremely helpful......

When we first arrived at the hotel I had high hopes because of the awesome location. The clerk at the front desk seemed as though she did not know what she was doing so that made me feel like they might need some training. The room was what we expected but it was clean had a kitchen with a fridge and most things you need. The first night we heard some loud yelling and loud Spanish music playing. I went outside to find a large group of Hispanic gentlemen having a party in front of our door. It appeared as though this hotel was a haven for day labor type people which is great for them but not really what I expected for my family. Overall I give it a 3!!

I´ve been here before many times. Its a good extended stay place, especially if you like to cook for yourself and dont mind no housekeeping while you stay there. Just be aware of the prices during game weekends, they go up quite a bit, everywhere in Gainesville.
