We took pics of bugs in te bathroom. Expedia can't reach the hotel to arrange a refund. The agent in the office acted like she could care less. She had the nerve to keep saying we got a great deal on the room, like we should just deal with the bugs because of that. Aweful experience. We changed hotels after one night!

I didn't even end up staying... The photos online are an inaccurate depiction. The area doesn't feel safe, there are no surveillance cameras, my door had gaps in it, this room was non smoking but smelled of old stale smoke, the desk clerk was on a personal phone call when I checked in. The whole experience was so sketchy I decided not to even stay.
