Convinient and service you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. We found friendly staff, a simple breakfast and easy accommodations.

This was a quick overnight stay. Samantha at the front desk was awesome. Just when I gave up on customer service. Very pleasant. However, there was hair in the shower, stains on the comforter and coffee stains on the inside of bathroom door.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a prime location- lots of shopping, restaurants, etc nearby. Just be careful of which room they put you in because the curtains are sheer and the thicker ones are just for show and don't close, so you might end up with a streetlight shining in your face while you're in bed. Overall this is a very nice property.

Standard Hotel, Very quiet the day i stayed. Nice staff, look like standard hotel breakfast and as it was not included i skipped it.

From the manager, to the desk staff, servers & housekeeping, this is a great hotel. The food was excellent, the beds so comfy, the pool was clean & the coffee was delicious. We stayed for four days to visit the university, attend a family reunion & bum around Gainesville. Our second stay here & we will be back. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were fantastic. The food was also extremely good. We had dinner and breakfast and the quality was excellent. The only problem we had was with the bed. The matress was an air mattress but it didn't work properly. The first night we did not sleep. The staff bent over backwards to try to make our 2nd night better. Unfortunately we managed to get my wifes side to work but mine didn't. Not a good idea, especially in a disabled room. The elevator was also quite noisy in the night as we were next to it. However the staff etc. certainly made up for everything.

In spite of making reservations and prepaying a month in advance for one King room, and one room with 2 queen beds, when we arrived, we were told that they had no more rooms with 2 queen beds. since the room was for my 89 year old mother and handicapped brother, this was deemed unacceptable. We were told that they could give us 2 king rooms and use a pull out couch. The rooms were also on different floors. Since we had prepaid, we had to accept this. I am upset that a hotel would give away a room that had been paid for and reserved.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. She was pleasant and delightful.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Entrance difficult to locate.

This hotel is just minutes from downtown Gainesille University of Florida and Shands Hospital center. The Staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is far enough away yet within minutes of all the shopping necessary for your UF student to get started This is also a newer hotel with better beds and a cleaner decor. we left something at the hotel and housekeeping( Gloria) actually called us back in a sincere effort to locate our item We have stayed here twice and have been very happy both times We Will stay here again

Only spent one night on the way to Florida. Beds were great. Breakfast is not free but it was good.

Relatively quiet away from busy street and traffic. Convenient location for meals with little travel to conveniences.

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. I would stay here again.

Stayed here on business. A little confusing trying to find the entrance, as a Hilton Homewood Suites shares the same address, and you are facing the back of the building when you pull into the road entrance. Staff was very helpful, hotel and room were spotless. Breakfast bar was good.

Excellent service. Great room, clean, comfortable, updated, contemporary. The granite in the bathroom is a four star luxury touch at much less than four star prices. Great bed, nice duvet cover, good furnishings and all this with a friendly, attentive, helpful staff. You even get warm cookies in the lobby at night! What more do you want and all at a great value. Will be going back and recommending to friends and relatives.

Went there for wife's master's degree graduation. Price was reasonable and service was excellent. Very polite and attentive staff

My friends and I fell in love with the hotel before we even walked in. The area was nice, the building was beautiful, and the room was clean.

Due to a UF Football game weekend, hot water was out at 9:00am on a Saturday morning... OK on Sunday morning. Be forewarned to get up early if you want a hot shower when the property is full. For the jacked rates on game weekends ($260/night) you should get a hot shower. Also, the walls were paper thin with family of an ADD 3 year old kicking the wall and a crying infant every morning at 7:15am. Other than that it was an attractive, clean, and safe hotel conveiniently located near a large shopping complex.

Very nice, clean hotel room; close to the stadium (less than 2 miles). It's on Archer Road, which has a bunch of restaurants and shops.

We were there helping our daughter move to another dorm near UF. It's a very secure quiet location with clean rooms for an affordable price. The staff was very accomodating in helping us get an extra day at the hotel for the same price that was booked online. There was only one minor problem with our hotel keys on our last day, however, it was quickly solved by the person working at the reception area. There is no continental breakfast. We have been to Gainesville countless times during the past 2 years, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in.
