50$/night facility fee is charged for every night I stayed there. This was not clear to me at the time of booking.

The rooms are good if a little dated, and some are quite nice. We were originally assigned to a rather loud room next to the elevators but were easily switched to one with a patio door and view of the marina. The lobby and bar are gorgeous. It was a nice stay!

The staff was friendly. We were told ahead of time to be careful in the neighborhood after dark because there were some problems. But inside the motel we felt safe. They did well with keeping the guests safe. You had to identify yourself and then you were allowed inside the building.
Breakfast was served with various selections that you could warm up in the microwave.
