Alles Bestens

Wir wurden umgebucht, da im Savigny offensichtlich ukrainische Flüchtlinge untergebracht sind. Das Flemings Express war fußläufig etwa 2 Minuten vom Hauptahnhof entfernt. Somit konnte man von dort aus alle städtische Ziele blitzschnell erreichen. Das Frühstück war extraklasse, so gut wie alles regional und nachhaltig ohne Kunststoffumverpackungen präsentiert und angeboten. Das Zimmer im 7.Stock in Richtung Hinterhof groß und sauber, mit einem schönen Blick zu einigen Hochhäusern in der Umgebung. Sämtliche Angestellten haben sich äußerst höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend verhalten. Wir können das Hotel unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel war geschlossen. Wir wurden erst bei Ankunft durch einen Zettel im Fenster darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Bei einem vorherigen Anruf im Hotel wurde darauf nicht hingewiesen, die Buchung wurde abgeschlossen und das Geld abgebucht, sehr ärgerlich und unverständlich.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you have business at Messe Frankfurt. It's very close walking distance to the show halls. Also, it's somewhat residential and quiet, plus there are several good restaurants nearby. The hotel provides an excellent buffet breakfast as well. The only drawback was the minimal towels provided and lack of facecloths - I had to go out to buy some. I would stay there again.

Aimé son emplacement. Dommage pour un 4* de ne pas avoir coton tige et lait corps utile quand on ne peut pas se charger. Dommage aussi de se trouver avec un éclairage qui ne fonctionne pas d un côté et qui fait jauni d un côté du miroir salle de bain Il serait bien également de proposer plus de cocktail surtout après une grosse journée cela permet la détente et avoir plus de choix niveau carte menu le petit déjeuner rien à dire très correcte Nous avons eu une chambre au départ dans l autre parti de l hôtel à l arrière ce qui est dommage c'est de quitter le hall de l hôte grandiose avec ses petits espaces et devoir traverser un couloir froid et d arrivé dans un couloir côté ascenseur faisant penser que nous sommes ni plus ni moins dans un couloir d immeuble quelconque c est un 4 étoiles. Et salle de bain dans cette partie très petite. Peut-être préciser qu une suite n est pas un appart hôtel car on s est retrouvé avec une kitchenette ce n'est pas à ce on quoi on s attendais . Je me permets ses remarque car je suis quelqu'un qui voyage énormément et fait beaucoup d établissements. Le personnel est très très gentil et à l écoute

Pokoje hezké, koupelna trochu starší. Na snídaních velký výběr, ovšem co nám vadilo byl servis. Za celou dobu jsme byli jen jednou dotázáni zda-li chceme kafe. Jinak jsme si o něj museli vždycky říkat.

Wochenende in Frankfurt

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal für einen Städtebesuch in Frankfurt - 650 m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße gegenüber einer Kirche. (Sollte jemand sich am schönen Glockengeläut stören, wäre man natürlich fehl am Platze). Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, Wasserkocher für Kaffee- bzw. Teezubereitung vorhanden, Minibar aufgefüllt. Das Bad ist sehr groß und hell, toller Vergrößerungsspiegel. Das Frühstück erfreut durch seine reichhaltige Auswahl und , was wir einmal wieder sehr gut fanden: ein aufgebrühter Kaffee, der an einem großen Kaffeeautomaten selbst eingefüllt wird. Zu Fuß ist man vom Hotel aus in 20 Minuten am Mainufer und gelangt von da aus schnell zu den Museen und anschließend über eine der letzten Brücken direkt in die Altstadt. Das Hotel ist weiter zu empfehlen.

no heating...

first off they couldn't find my reservation - although it eventually did materialize. then my room didn't have a working heating and they wouldn't give me another room - instead I got a little portable heater. also the water in the shower was only lukewarm in the morning which made for a cold experience overall

Everything else was great except WiFi in room.

WiFi in room was not ready during our first day of stay. Had to WiFi in the lobby. Fortunately it was the only drawback. Everything else was great.
