The reception area was very clean and welcoming. The hotel is located in a not so good area of town. There are a lot of people milling around all the time. The hotel rooms are not very clean and they don’t have air conditioning. The street being very noisy made it very difficult to sleep with the windows open in an attempt to cool off the room.
The hotel was next to a busy street and therefore extremely noisy .

I showed up at 1:00. The hotel clerk tried to charge me 10 Euros to check in 2 hours early even though the hotel was half empty. That has never happened in any of the 1000 plus hotels where I have stayed in 140 different countries. I left and returned at 2:30 and checked in at 2:45.
A rating of terrible Is too good for this hotel. Our room had no heat, it was raining outside and the sliding window was leaking water on the floor. The bathroom faucet was loose so that every time we turned on the sink in the bathroom it would spin around. I am not necessarily big on amenities but there is no place to have coffee anywhere in the hotel except a breakfast. My problem is that I only drink decaf coffee and that they had none off and said they weren’t coming to get it not even a powder.I am also diabetic and they had no sweetener other than sugar. The walls in the room seem to be made of paper you could hear people breathing in the next room

Breakfast was good and well priced. Bathrooms were a good size and have a tub. We had a 3 person room with plenty of space. Brought my own towel but the maids took it thinking it was the hotels even though it wasn’t in the bathroom. Room was also cleaned when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. WiFi was mostly good
