"The suite was large and very comfortable. The pool was clean, and the hot tub was perfect. The issues we dealt with were a noisy AC unit, which turned out to be from the unit below us. The second day, early in the morning, a crane showed up to replace the unit. We were never notified about this and didn't even have time to move our car. Once the crane left and work began, we decided to check out. The front desk would not refund our 3rd. night, so I had to call and talk to the GM, who eventually agreed to refund us the 3rd night. I guess all is well that ends well. Too bad it ended that way."
